06/09/2025: In Piadena, nestled in the countryside of Cremona and Mantua, lies this trattoria, a tradition passed down through generations. The rustic atmosphere takes you back in time and adds a touch of class to the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The cuisine is locally sourced, with very interesting dishes. From excellent cured meats to traditional local first and second courses. I highly recommend this place to both those passing through and those visiting.

07/08/2025: An authentic and generous culinary experience, at the heart of local traditions In this restaurant dedicated to local flavors, regional cuisine is expressed with sincerity and generosity. Each dish demonstrates a deep respect for traditional recipes, enhanced by masterful execution. A special mention goes to the assortment of homemade charcuterie, of remarkable quality, which kicks things off with a delicious treat. Among the rich selection of dishes, we particularly enjoyed two regional favorites: the Marubini ai brodi, comforting and subtle, and the Sorbir di Marubini, deliciously spicy. The main courses stand out for their finesse and authenticity: The Porc-tonné, interpreted according to Pellegrino Artusi's original recipe (1891), offers a perfect balance between sweetness and character. The roast beef from Punta d'Anca di Sbottona, meltingly tender, seduces with its remarkable tenderness. The carefully curated wine list harmoniously complements the dishes. Also noteworthy: the possibility of purchasing homemade products on-site, a testament to the establishment's artisanal expertise. The service is impeccable, combining professionalism, a smile, and kindness. A special thank you to the owner, whose insightful explanations allowed us to easily navigate this generous menu. We highly recommend this place: charmed from our first visit, we returned a second time during the same week. A big congratulations to the entire team for these delicious experiences.

06/07/2025: We ended up in Laveno for a wedding coming from Rome. Walking around the town in the morning we saw this place and were struck by the modern, simple and clean style... with a touch of homeliness. We booked for dinner. The service was extremely courteous, precise and attentive. We ate two excellent appetizers (eggplant parmigiana and egg with polenta). Then a risotto and the braised meat with polenta. Both were amazing! Excluding the wine (we treated ourselves to a Barolo) the price was between 30/40 euros including a dessert that we split between two. It's a shame to have it 700 km from home... We would definitely have returned.

05/07/2025: I was invited to this tavern by a friend of mine (he had already been). Very good dinner, excellent quality of the products, all homemade. Excellent quality/price, it really surprised me. I will definitely return.

24/08/2025: I don't know how to adequately describe the wonderful experience at Cortile del Gelso. Let's start with the kindness and helpfulness when booking: being vegan, I asked if they had any options and found someone knowledgeable and ready to list them for me. We dined in the beautiful internal courtyard; everything was incredibly "just right": the decor, the lighting, the background music, everything was perfectly curated. The food was truly excellent, and each course was presented to us by the very kind woman who looked after us and advised us. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening; it was definitely one of the most beautiful places we've ever been!

18/08/2025: We had lunch here this afternoon. The welcome was wonderful, and the manager and server spoke French. The manager gave us excellent advice on both the wine and the dishes (the recipes for which she got from her grandmother). We really enjoyed ourselves. Everything was truly perfect. I highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

12/08/2025: We had dinner here with my husband and our two-year-old daughter: excellent service, friendly and fast staff, and truly delicious food! We tried pizza, puccia, and orecchiette for our little one: everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

16/06/2025: The best artisanal ice cream shop in Milan. Ice cream cakes made on request of the finest quality that at every party allow me to satisfy the palates of the most demanding guests. For a pleasant snack (or even an alternative lunch) this place is the best choice. ICE CREAM.

The surroundings set a tone of refined relaxation, offering an immersive connection to the garden and alpine scenery. From the start, the experience feels special. The amuse-bouches, presented with modern ceramics, engage both sight and taste—each bite is artfully composed and bursts with fresh, local flavors. Dishes reveal meticulous attention to detail: vibrant tomatoes, edible flowers, and perfect quenelles reflect Kitchen’s commitment to seasonality and biodynamic produce. It was reasonably priced for lunch and managed to get a last minute table without reservations.

17/08/2025: Must visit when at the lake como! The lunch menu is delicious and the location, espacially the garden, is amazing. Top notch service and creative kitchen!

01/08/2025: I had an overall unpleasant experience at this hotel for several reasons: 1. The room windows were not soundproof, and I was consistently woken up around 7:00 AM due to external noise. There was ongoing disturbance from tree cutting, which significantly disrupted the comfort and tranquility of my stay. 2. Some members of the concierge team tended to overcomplicate matters instead of resolving them efficiently. On several occasions, my requests were completely ignored over the phone. 3. I encountered rude behavior, particularly from the Front Desk Manager, who showed little professionalism or follow-through on her own suggestions. 4. Guests are not allowed to use an iron or ironing board in the room, which is highly inconvenient. Clothes must be sent to the laundry at an additional cost. When I did so, my items were returned with significant delay. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

22/07/2025: Wonderful location...excellent food...I recommend the pizza with the corn and seed base (spectacular). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I must say that it's always a pleasure to return. I absolutely recommend it.
