We chose Al Persef restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and were truly impressed. The cuisine is innovative and meticulously crafted: you can sense the research and dedication of Chef Attilio and his team in their attention to the finest ingredients. Every dish was an experience. Impeccable service, professional, friendly, and highly trained waiters. A perfect dinner for a special evening. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

On par with many and even better than some of the Michelin restaurants we’ve been to. We took the surprise menu with 6 courses, which was creative and simply so tasty. It was very cool to see the chefs working since they had an open kitchen design, and it was impressive how well they could coordinate while still maintaining a very calm atmosphere. Amazing value for the price.

Everything was excellent. The food was wonderful. The wine perfectly complemented the flavors. I highly recommend it.

We had a stellar experience in this restaurant - everything was top-notch! The service was impeccable, wine recommendations from the sommelier were excellent and the team in the kitchen made our taste buds dance from pleasure: all the meals in their Habitat menu were well thought through, beautifully presented and very unique - exactly what you would expect from a high-end restaurant. We could also enjoy observing meal preparation process as they have a beautiful open plan kitchen visible from your seating. An absolute gem in Livigno!

I visited this restaurant two days ago and everything was absolutely outstanding. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all on an exceptional level. It has been a long time since I ate something so refined and delicious while feeling so genuinely comfortable and well taken care of at the same time. You can truly feel that the team knows exactly what they’re doing and puts heart and expertise into every detail. I’m honestly happy I managed to experience this place before it earns a Michelin star because right now you can enjoy a truly top-level dining experience at a surprisingly great price.
