Pasta pasticciata, omelette with herbs, boiled potatoes, bunet, water, a quarter of wine, coffee, rose and basil digestive. €15, probably because the owners, both Biella natives and incredibly friendly, understood my Genoese roots and therefore didn't want to take away my well-deserved money. As for the descriptions of the osteria, I have nothing to add to other meticulous reviews. However, I do think it's important that it's a kind of phalanstery, built over a century ago on the site of a long-closed spinning mill. A workers' village complete with a nursery and church, a typical example of industrial paternalism that adds another point of interest.

A cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent food and absolutely fair prices. The owners are always available to customers, smiling and extremely kind. A place that makes genuine (now old-fashioned) values ​​its best feature!!! Well done!!!

Wonderful little place, excellent food (and wine, excellent even in bulk), friendly, helpful service, few dishes but all well-prepared, lots of conversation and smiles. A true rarity!
