11/02/2026: I ate here twice in just 4 days and 3 nights in Florence 🤣 It was absolutely delicious!!! It felt like being back in Korea!!! I highly recommend the tofu stew and spicy stir-fried pork – they were so good!!! Thank you to the owner for saving us from almost dying from the overly salty pasta in Italy.

09/02/2026: It was incredibly delicious. The chicken thigh was so big, and the meat was so tender and juicy, though perhaps a little on the sweeter side. The grilled meat was also very fragrant and crispy, and the fermented bean paste really whetted my appetite. The yuzu tea was also wonderful—amazingly thirst-quenching! The ramen contained an egg, not fully cooked, with a smooth and delicate texture. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone I know if I have the chance.

30/10/2025: I sometimes go there for lunch. Wide selection of fresh, tasty food. Many vegetarian options. An excellent option for a healthy, complete meal.

14/10/2025: €25!!! I travel all over Italy for work, but this has never happened to me. I'm 3km from the pizzeria, but I can't go, so they deliver it to my door, and it costs me dearly. A pizza, a beer, and some unsalted chips, not even a packet of salsa, €25. Lupin was an altar boy in comparison.

02/01/2026: Nice little dine in spot, staff were very polite and not pushy, very patient and helpful! Very good first experience in Rome and best first pizza in Italy, could t have asked for anything better! It was a fantastic restaurant, if you’re Australian, I highly recommend!

28/12/2025: Leaving the theater, 11:00 PM...the place is almost empty (only one table occupied). The waiter seats us next to the table already occupied (by a very kind couple). After a few minutes, the place fills up, but we see orders starting at other tables. Despite pointing this out, that is, the order of arrival and confirmation from the couple next to us, the waiter starts the order elsewhere. Four rude older people demanded to go ahead of us. The young waiter complied. Terrible service.

Eyebrows arched like works of hostile architecture and glances that seem to evaluate not the order but the life choices that brought you there. It's a service that communicates a lot, especially the concept of respect earned on the job. Or perhaps survived. The beauty is that, once the interrogation moment has passed, the food does its job with surprising honesty. Generous portions, bold flavors, no frills. A bit like the staff: direct, essential, emotionally impervious. Here they'll never ask you "Is everything okay?" because, ultimately, the answer doesn't matter to anyone. Alibaba isn't for those looking for plastic smiles and pats on the back. It's for those who appreciate rugged authenticity, the kind that stares at you from the counter as if to say "eat, pay, think." And you'll come back. Maybe even just to see if they'll grant you even the slightest hint of a smile.

12/11/2025: This Enoteca is halfway between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and after the crowds was something of an oasis. We stopped for a drink and a nibble and could not have been happier. The waiter had two white wines of the day on offer and patiently let us taste before choosing. The simple pan-fried porcinis were delicious, as was the bruschetta topped with artichokes and guancale. Not as cheap as the panini place next door but miles more authentic and relaxing. Nice view of Hadrian’s Temple on the other side of the square as well!

10/11/2025: I'd been there before this summer, and it confirmed my first impression: a delightful place in a very characteristic setting, offering typical Roman food but also dishes with an Eastern influence. The food we ordered was carefully prepared and made to order.

09/01/2026: The space is large but well-organized. The waiters are kind and fast. As soon as you walk in, the young man/woman at the entrance is welcoming and attentive. I had an appetizer and a pizza, and I must say that, given the large table, the dishes arrived all together and hot. The pizza was excellent, and the appetizer was delicious. I'll be back to try the sandwiches.
