29/12/2025: Getting there was a bit challenging; I had some difficulty. However, the food is AMAZING. The only thing I found somewhat disappointing was the dessert I tried. But the pasta, the appetizers, the meats... Everything was delicious, and I would eat it every day if I could. An excellent experience.

02/11/2025: We ate very well, the service was excellent, and we took a very interesting walk through the estate, themed around industrial and mining archaeology! A gluten-free menu is also available.

12/11/2025: A very welcoming pizzeria, with truly coherent decor. They have a truly wide variety of options, and no option disappoints! Even the fried foods are truly excellent and varied.

01/11/2025: Today we went to Petrini's after a long time, what can I say... A disappointment. My daughter asked for a cream and strawberry cone and ended up with a cone with fiordilatte plus a flavor we couldn't figure out, plus the addition of cream we didn't ask for. My husband also had a cone with 4 flavors, but something changed; the ice cream wasn't as good as usual. I should point out that we've been going to the ice cream shop for at least 12 years, so the difference I'm talking about is the result of several tastings over the years. Too bad!

10/11/2025: The bonus money from the website (shown in the photo) came just in time — decided to treat myself to a small dinner out. The pizza was great: tasty sauce and aromatic cheese.

22/10/2025: The menu was quite large, and I had a hard time deciding, but I chose ravioli — and it was the right call! The dish was delicious, the portion generous, and the sauce light and creamy. Really satisfied with both the food and the vibe. I also tried counting calories using the service shown in the photo and was pleasantly surprised — it’s fast, simple, and convenient. Definitely a great tool for anyone who wants to eat mindfully.

07/01/2026: I went to this piadina shop for lunch with a friend. I've already been to other locations, both in the Anagnina and La Romanina districts, and I've had a great time at all of them. Good piadina, friendly staff.

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

19/01/2026: We went for dinner and were truly surprised by the slow service. We waited an incredibly long time without receiving anything, while frustrated guests and entire tables around us were forced to wait incredibly long. They ask you to write down your order on a piece of paper, and we began to believe the papers got lost—it's hard to understand how the service could be so slow otherwise. I never imagined having to wait so long just for dinner with friends. If you want to eat in a reasonable amount of time and be able to get home to prepare for the next day, you need to be extremely patient to receive your order. I've been to many sushi restaurants and have never experienced such long waits. I will never return, and I will never waste my time here again. Absolutely not recommended.

18/01/2026: I don't recommend it at all. We went there and had to wait over an hour just to get our appetizers. We were very disappointed with the service and the slowness. Other tables were also dissatisfied, and one couple left without even eating.

22/11/2025: A new, well-kept restaurant with a simple menu that offers a wide choice of pizzas and pinzas, as well as a wide variety of flavors. The dough is very light and easy to digest, and delicious! The flaky potatoes with pecorino cheese are excellent! Good value for money.

15/01/2026: A beautiful area, part of an attractive park that is a major attraction in Rome, the capital of Italy, and one of the city's landmarks. A wonderful atmosphere. The restaurant has a convenient location. The restaurant offers: excellent and affordable food, as well as refreshing and inexpensive drinks. The staff is friendly, especially to tourists, and quick. I think that when visiting the park, it's worth stopping here to take a break from exploring the grounds, and also enjoy a delicious meal and a good drink. ;) I recommend it!

12/12/2025: We ordered two burgers with cheddar and bacon. The bacon was burnt, the fries were hard and cold. The bun was hard and burnt. It was a terrible meal, forgettable.
