We found this little place by chance, walking through the village, and we couldn't have been happier! I'm vegetarian, and the restaurant offers a variety of plant-based dishes, both vegan and vegetarian. Every dish was truly delicious, both for me and my boyfriend, who is omnivorous. The view from there was breathtaking, and the lady (I assume the owner) cooked and organized everything; she was incredibly sweet. We left wanting to return as soon as possible. Congratulations, highly recommended.

It's a vegetarian restaurant, and we tried things we'd never eaten before, some of which were delicious. The only problem was that our bodies weren't used to this high digestibility, and by 6 pm we already needed the bathroom. Aside from this, we also really liked the atmosphere. The lady who served us was really kind. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the kitchen wasn't idyllic; you could hear the women arguing and complaining that they weren't coming, that they couldn't take it anymore, and so on. The cave acted as an amplifier, and you could hear it in the dining room.

Easter Monday, the cave concept is nice, but the attention to detail is lacking... vegetarian dishes are good, but not exceptional. Desserts are average (from the description, you'd expect more). Staff organization (though friendly) needs revising; long waits, both for food and for payment. Bill in line with expectations.

A wonderful place in a corner of the village with a picturesque view of the Calcata area and vegetarian food made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The dishes are excellent and are prepared and served by the owner alone, who was truly kind, friendly, and welcoming! Highly recommended, especially in spring and summer. I hope to return!

It is with regret that I write this review about an unpleasant experience I had at your restaurant. The person in question treated the owner with a disrespect that was truly embarrassing. The owner's response was firm and dignified, but it's a shame it got to this point. I must admit that I was surprised to learn, after the incident, that the person in question was the daughter of an Italian celebrity, Mr. Amedeo Minghi. For this very reason, one would have expected a minimum of decorum and good manners, which were unfortunately completely lacking. It's a shame that the family name wasn't a source of pride and respect, at least on this occasion. I hope your restaurant can move forward and continue to offer excellent service to the customers who deserve it. 🙁
