06/10/2025: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hostaria Pantheon! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I want to give a special shout-out to the team for their amazing service — they went above and beyond to make the evening special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I spoke with them to arrange a surprise, and they were immediately happy to help. They prepared a beautiful cheesecake with her name written on it, brought it out with candles as a surprise, and even sang to make the moment extra warm and memorable. Everything was perfect — great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely caring people.

05/09/2025: An excellent experience, full of important meanings for me. Giacomo provided wonderful service; he was attentive and kind. He explained the entire bag-making process, including finishing, accessories, and metalwork. I requested a free taxi; he was super quick and friendly, and arranged everything immediately. I bought two bags. I highly recommend it and I really want to come back.

12/10/2025: Okay, it's 1.50 minutes from Rome, and the access is uphill. Now let's give the food its due, one adjective: Superlative. The house wine is also good. If you want, you can also stay overnight. It's best to book a restaurant and rooms on weekends. It's a place where the world is outside the window, as Celentano said in his song that we play on Radio Vacanze. The service is excellent, very friendly. I found a young waiter at the entrance who was very good at welcoming me; you could see he had a knack for this job. It's nice to see a young black guy who wanted to demonstrate his skills and learn. My suggestion: improve the restroom service, which is too small for many guests. But in closing this review, as the Editor of Radio Vacanze, I recommend it to my listeners. Gianluigi Leoni

20/09/2025: One of my favorite restaurants. The raw materials used are of the highest quality and the cuisine is truly accurate. The staff is friendly, discreet and kind. The prices are in line with what is offered.

13/11/2025: Delicious ice cream. A variety of flavors. I tried pear, chestnut, and Greek yogurt with honey and nuts. I liked the pear the most. It had a natural flavor, but there were some bits of pear kernels that crunched in my teeth. The Greek yogurt was a bit sour, so I liked it the least. The chestnut had a rather neutral, slightly sweet flavor.

11/11/2025: Fantastic ice cream shop. Pricey, but with high-quality, generously sized ice creams. Delicious and intense flavors. A pleasant and welcoming atmosphere where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.
