The host is a true padrone, so friendly and accommodating—the food is fantastic, the wine delicious, and the limoncello invigorating. 06/10/2025: We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hostaria Pantheon! Every dish we ordered was incredibly delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. I want to give a special shout-out to the team for their amazing service — they went above and beyond to make the evening special for my girlfriend’s birthday. I spoke with them to arrange a surprise, and they were immediately happy to help. They prepared a beautiful cheesecake with her name written on it, brought it out with candles as a surprise, and even sang to make the moment extra warm and memorable. Everything was perfect — great atmosphere, delicious food, and genuinely caring people.

12/10/2025: Okay, it's 1.50 minutes from Rome, and the access is uphill. Now let's give the food its due, one adjective: Superlative. The house wine is also good. If you want, you can also stay overnight. It's best to book a restaurant and rooms on weekends. It's a place where the world is outside the window, as Celentano said in his song that we play on Radio Vacanze. The service is excellent, very friendly. I found a young waiter at the entrance who was very good at welcoming me; you could see he had a knack for this job. It's nice to see a young black guy who wanted to demonstrate his skills and learn. 07/10/2025: A welcoming place, except that when I ordered a pan pizza, they told me they didn't have any left. I ordered a tomato bruschetta with buffalo mozzarella and pesto. When it arrived, I thought it was a tartare, a mass of breadcrumbs soaked in tomato. As soon as I tasted it, it disgusted me. It was soaked in vinegar, and I couldn't taste the tomato. The buffalo mozzarella was excellent, but there wasn't much of it, so I ended up eating almost nothing. I want to say that the cured meats and dairy products are excellent. I highly recommend it; you have to choose wisely. ☺️

26/09/2025: Palmerie is very welcoming and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing, perfect for a dinner with friends or a romantic evening. We had dinner and I had the opportunity to taste several dishes and I was pleasantly impressed, I want to return because they told me that there will be a new menu launched soon! Nothing to say about the service. The staff is friendly and made us feel good.

12/10/2025: Wonderful meat and cooked just right. It really is a spectacular burger. If you were in the US you couldn't get anything close to this without going to an upscale steakhouse at two or three times the price. I enjoyed the owner and family too, it's one of the reasons I love Italy.

The dough is incredibly light and incredibly digestible, and you can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients. The ingredients are also fresh and top-quality, which makes the final flavor sensational. Besides the excellent pizza, the staff deserves special mention: they are all extremely kind, attentive, and quick with their service. The icing on the cake is the excellent value for money, and we always leave satisfied. Highly recommended!
