16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party. Thanks to each and every one of them, our special day was perfect! An enchanting place with wonderful people, both professionally and personally. Thank you for everything!

12/10/2025: For my tastes every time I went the pizzas I tasted were full of tastes and flavours because the dough is already spectacular in itself.

07/08/2025: The best pizza in Rome, without a doubt. The dough is easy to digest and crumbly. There's a wide selection of flavors, and despite being very busy, the service is fast and courteous. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

09/09/2025: We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

11/03/2026: You'll be welcomed into the dining room by the warmth of a real fireplace, the friendly owner, and the colorful eloquence of a parrot. This is no ordinary place, as is evident from the Umbrian-inspired menu, packed with original dishes. I'll long remember the quail eggs with truffles, but the rest of the dishes were also superb. Artisanal bread and an excellent value wine (also Umbrian) accompanied the meal.

21/02/2026: A lovely restaurant in Genzano di Roma, where the friendliness and professionalism of the owners and staff complement the excellent cuisine they offer. I stopped in for a business lunch and immediately appreciated the order and cleanliness of the place, as well as the perfect cooking of the food they served: amatriciana and pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, perfectly al dente! Definitely recommended for families, too.

17/03/2026: I'm not sure if he was the owner or the manager, but his service was the best in Italy. You can tell he loves his job. The food was on another level; the best Porchetta Romana I've ever had, the artichoke was exquisite, and the pasta was more than perfect. They also have a great selection of Italian wines from north to south.

13/03/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true highlight in Rome. We stumbled upon Écru quite by chance and ended up absolutely thrilled. The restaurant is also very conveniently located, just a few minutes from St. Peter's Basilica, making it perfect after a visit to the Vatican. The concept of plant-based raw food cuisine is truly exciting and quite different from what you usually find in Rome. The dishes were incredibly creative, very fresh, and presented with great attention to detail. The flavors surprised us because they were so intense and perfectly balanced. The service was very friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed. We immediately felt comfortable and were able to truly enjoy the evening. For us, definitely one of the most interesting restaurant experiences in Rome. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it.

The place isn't very large, so you might only find a table at certain times, and it can get noisy, especially on weekends, due to the crowds. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience!
