24/04/2026: I finally had the chance to try the cuisine at this historic osteria and was extremely satisfied. The cappellacci and zucchini flowers were exceptional, but above all, the hospitality and attention the owner gave us was unwavering. We'll see you again soon; highly recommended!

11/05/2026: Simply the best pizza in the world. It's hard to convey in words how good it is and how carefully selected the ingredients are to create pizzas that will blow your mind. Potato-crusted porchetta (THE ORIGINAL), chicken salad, breaded steak...not to mention the exceptional fried foods. If you've never been to Sancho's, you've never had pizza.

11/05/2026: A small but very casual place: you order at the counter and, if there's a spot, sit at the tables. We ordered practically everything from the counter... and it was all spectacular. Phenomenal pizza by the slice, light and crispy, with top-quality ingredients. The one that impressed me the most was the amatriciana: I could have easily eaten two more pans. We also had a "frittatina" with truffle, cacio e pepe... it was so good, it was simply illegal. The staff was incredibly friendly. If you're passing through Fiumicino, stopping at Sancio is practically a must.

10/06/2026: Excellent experience.. excellent food, very fresh fish. Kindness and cordiality from the beautiful Matilde who welcomed us really well, we felt truly at ease.. dishes all recommended by her which I must say I appreciated very much, because it was all divine.. the only thing that I didn't like so much was the advice on the wine, very good but asking for 2 glasses, our Matilde recommended this rosé wine to us well which they didn't offer on the menu as a glass anyway, but she was happy to give it to us because it had been opened for another customer and not finished.. my small disappointment was with the bill, fair prices in relation to the quality of the fish, but for 2 glasses €36, next time I would inform the customer of the cost first..

02/06/2026: We came from Frascati to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary on a short weekend. We asked about a place to eat fish and they recommended this one. What can I say? Excellent, wonderful food and plenty of wine. A good choice. The price was lower than what I would have paid in my area. Excellent service. I will definitely be back and don't miss the fettuccine with lobster.

10/05/2026: I rarely give 5 stars, but the pappardelle with wild boar ragù was the best I've ever eaten. The quality of the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

02/05/2025: They offer three different pizza doughs, low, medium and high. I didn’t see this thing before I order and ended up ordering only low dough pizzas and this dough was too thin for my taste. Make sure to order the right dough for you!

29/06/2026: The food was good, we liked the pasta with truffles, I recommend it, but the carbonara was too salty, don't have it. I complained and the helpful and kind staff replaced it for me, but it was just as salty... the chef is stubborn.

24/06/2026: The food was edible, not much flavor but ok. We were hungry so we ate but we will not return or recommend this restaurant. The presentation was beautiful just not delicious.

17/06/2026: Finally, a great pizzeria in Infernetto. Really good Neapolitan pizza with excellent ingredients. The fried foods are equally delicious. Attentive and helpful staff. Very nice place. A must try.
