25/11/2025: I ate at this restaurant and was truly impressed. The traditional Roman first courses were excellent: authentic flavors, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe were prepared exactly as you'd expect from true Roman cuisine. Furthermore, the price is surprisingly fair, especially considering the quality of the dishes. And let's not forget the appetizer: original cured meats, hand-sliced ​​in front of you by the wait staff, a detail that really makes all the difference. A place where you can eat well, without frills, and with an excellent quality-price ratio. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

16/09/2025: The La Tenuta il Sogno restaurant is located in Piglio, on the Anticolana road, which leads from Fiuggi to the Fiuggi/Anagni highway. From the gated entrance, a long path leads through the beautiful garden, where you can admire a lovely pond and, further ahead, a beautiful setting. To access the restaurant, you pass through a lovely, cool, and shaded grove. The food is good and varied. The delicious appetizers are excellent. The only downside: I found the interior ceiling to be low, which makes it seem much smaller than it actually is. A little larger would make the space feel larger and more harmonious.

Thanks to Giulia and her entire family, we spent the entire preparation period with great peace of mind, because they supported and guided us step by step through every stage and every detail, from the ceremony to the dinner to the party. 25/10/2025: Delicious food!!! Typical Roman dishes. I had excellent seafood and a fantastic carbonara!!! My friend had a mouth-watering oxtail stew!!! I'd never tried potatoes with cream before, and they blew my mind. The pizza another friend had was delicious too!!! I'll definitely be back!!!

16/11/2025: I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant — especially after spending several days in Matera without any vegan options and relying mostly on supermarket items. I came to Rome excited to finally enjoy a proper, wholesome, organic meal here. I even crossed half the city on foot just to get to the restaurant, after choosing it based on the beautiful photos and reviews on HappyCow. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the restaurant was closed — and not just for the day, but apparently for two full weeks. This information wasn’t updated on Google, HappyCow, or their social pages, which made the disappointment even greater. I completely understand that businesses sometimes need to close — it happens. But it would truly help travelers (especially those coming from far, or with specific dietary needs) if opening hours and temporary closures were kept updated online. I hope this feedback is helpful, because many people rely on these platforms when choosing where to eat. I would still love to visit in the future, but accurate information would make the experience much smoother for everyone.

03/11/2025: It’s such a relief to find a vegan place with raw and sugar-free desserts in Rome (they use dates, agave syrup and coconut sugar)! The tiramisu was not too sweet (which is a good thing) and very delicate in flavour and texture! The rocher was also nice. Definitely go try them!

13/09/2025: As soon as I entered the place, my first impression was of great order and cleanliness, nothing left to chance, everything meticulously arranged. An exceptional variety of flavors. I tried the fig one and it was a pleasure, an exceptional balance of flavors; it had been a long time since I'd tried it. A truly wonderful experience. I promise to repeat when I can.

09/09/2025: We tasted excellent Sicilian granitas (lemon and almond) made with quality ingredients... real ingredients, not syrups or the like! The gelato was also very good. Must try!

04/10/2025: Fantastic spot - excellent vibes. Initially, we had a reservation down the street, it this corner area invited us right in. The hostess and owner saw we thought our table was too bright, so they brought us out our own table, new, in a top spot! It felt very special and very traditional, family-run restaurant. This place was fantastic- highly recommend…..rabbit was excellent, tiramisu best in Rome!

30/11/2025: A refined restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to Francesco, who expertly and passionately explains each dish in detail. He recommended a dish that absolutely won me over: the saffron tagliolini with shrimp tartare and lime. A true feast for my taste buds! I'll definitely be back to try the other items on the menu.
