28/06/2025: They hate foreigners in this neighborhood, especially here. They serve you bitter American coffee (they have an espresso machine) from a terrible filter. They serve you with a long face and heat up the tuna sandwich from a can. Don't be mistaken, they don't love you here, nor do they want your money... they are not happy people who welcome you.

21/04/2025: The best farmhouse in Lazio, without any discussion. Stunning location, we ate divinely, from starters to dessert! Alessio is a wonderful boy, he provided us with a table with a high chair for our 18 month old daughter, then when we asked him to continue eating outside, in an instant, he set the table for us without problems, appearing available and always with a smile. The cook Maria also came several times to make sure things were going right! Worth highlighting are the ravioli with sauce, mushrooms and rocket and the lamb with potatoes, simply galactic. We will return as soon as possible, it's almost necessary! 😍

21/05/2025: I come to this pub every now and then. More by invitation of friends. They try to attract new and old customers with live music. The food is fresh and delicious. Pub atmosphere, country and friendly. What can I say? They are a bit limited by the fact that the road is closed for a dangerous bridge. Let's hope it is resolved quickly to have more turnout.

09/08/2025: This is my go to place for American breakfast! Food is great and the staff is nice. The owner Jesse is a great guy. I've been coming here for the last 4 years. I always recommend it to friends! My favourite is "The american breakfast" with french toast.

03/08/2025: Recommended by a friend, I tried it on Friday, August 1st. The wood-fired pizza was delicious, and the fried food was equally delicious. The owner and staff were unique in their kindness and hospitality. I'll be back soon. Thank you.

20/08/2025: Hidden little gem near Via Nazionale. The cook is young but killing it. Try the Pasta alla Amatriciana and anything regarding breakfast. The staff is absolutely amazing. Absolutely adored Bianca, a waitress that will wow you. Her French was so freaking perfect, I seriously had to pause. She was as skilled in English and Spanish from what I notice. But her best quality is they she will make you feel at home right of the bat. Her precious advices regarding food are incomparable. She gave me the adress of the best gelateria in town. Not one of those pricey tourist traps on Via Nazionale. So, if you need info, ask her.

01/02/2025: Giovedì scorso 30 gennaio in tre abbiamo preso il caffè da Fulmini e Saette. Nonostante i tanti bar della zona ho sempre preferito questo locale, anche se non è vicino casa. Come al solito, buon caffè, gentilezza e ambiente accogliente. Oggi 1 febbraio sono tornata qui...che tristezza...saracinesca chiusa e avviso che, l'attività dal 31 ha chiuso. Ci mancherete!! VOGLIAMO AUGURARE IL MEGLIO AI DUE GIOVANOTTI CHE TANTE VOLTE CI HANNO ACCOLTE E COCCOLATE CON PICCOLE GRANDI ATTENZIONI. Se aprite altrove, ci farebbe piacere saperlo! Grazie di ❤️ e buona fortuna.

02/08/2025: Absolutely loved my experience at Il Carroccio! The food was delicious, full of authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and charming perfect for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great dining experience in the city.

06/07/2025: 3.50 for a cup that measures like two cups of coffee, they don't even serve cones, which also cuts costs. With these premises the ice cream should be crazy, which it isn't, luckily in the area there are alternatives on every corner. Very forgettable place

05/07/2025: As far as I'm concerned, probably the best artisanal - natural ice cream in Rome. Wide choice of flavors, the fruit is always seasonal and often with special ingredients (see the sautéed apple, peach and prosecco, honey mango, blueberry, strawberries); the creams are all prepared with goat's milk, and I must say that the difference in taste is noticeable. Petali di rosa was a truly special flavor, in which the rose aroma was very perceptible, as it should be. The pistachio is incredible, very slightly sugary (certainly not for those who are used to rather sweet products) and very aromatic, for me exceptional. Ricotta e cedro was also excellent, with the aromas of the cedar very strong and the ricotta very tasty (I imagine it was also the goat's one). They have many chocolates, we haven't tried them but I know they are worth getting. They don't make cones, only cups, and the price, in the end, for the great product and the work behind it, for me is also good. You have to come here, and even queue (often, even during weekday evenings, there is a queue, luckily for this small, hidden but must-know laboratory).
