Pizza West In Roma

17/08/2026: The Roman pizza is very thin, but unfortunately, almost all the pizzas we tried were excessively burned, both on the top and especially on the bottom. I understand that a Roman pizza can be overcooked, but here it almost feels like the oven is set to 1000 degrees Celsius. 😅 The prices are certainly affordable, and that's a plus, but in my opinion, it's not enough to compensate for such overcooking, which ends up covering the flavor of the pizza. It's a shame, because with more balanced cooking, it could be an interesting place.

10/08/2026: The best of the best! Super. After a long time, I'm back. But I didn't like it. I found the tomato 🍅 very poor, almost acidic. My advice: change the quality! Thanks.
