Gnam Gnam Piadineria In Roma

I discovered this piadina shop in March, and today I was back in the area and wanted to take my family! We had a wonderful meal, highly recommended!

This place is amazing, the flatbread is done with the utmost care with amazing ingredients. The owner is very passionate and caring, her energy moved my heart. Probably the best thing I've eaten in Rome so far.

I ate a wholemeal piadina with bresaola, rocket, parmesan and very fresh grilled vegetables, delicious and super stuffed, thanks also to Silvia who was very kind. WELL DONE 😊

You don't eat piadina romagnola in Emilia, but in Rome at Silvia's! 💜 In addition to the standard piadinas, Silvia offers piadinas of the day, but... which one should I choose?! They're all very inviting. Super crispy and light dough with excellent quality ingredients! I'll be back every time I'm in Rome! Highly recommended!
