16/10/2025: Went there for a drink, had a sandwich with us, got shooed away instead of just letting us sit and eat while ordering drinks from them, my one star is actually a half star, go anywhere else but here.

01/09/2025: You can order a whole pizza, or try the ones they have in stock by the slice. The slices are taken quickly, the Margarita is especially popular (it's really delicious). We went back for more twice when they brought new pizzas straight from the oven. Wine on site - 7 euros a bottle. There is beer and a large TV, 10 tables inside and a few outside. Very fast service and very local. I recommend it!

30/09/2025: A must-try in Ventotene. The staff were really friendly and fast. We were there for the feast of Santa Candida. Excellent food.

19/09/2025: The second course portions are a bit small. The salmon with red berries isn't the classic red berries, but rather pink sugary cereal. The zucchini flowers are delicious, and the location is excellent. The prices are a bit high.

01/10/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday at the "Montegentile Sporting Club" on September 21st: a truly welcoming place surrounded by greenery, in a mountain chalet style. Given the beautiful weather, we were also able to use the outdoor spaces, perfect for a relaxed and convivial get-together. The playgrounds were a great opportunity for the kids to play, while the children were entertained by a talented entertainer. The "grove" provided a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for those who simply wanted to chat or enjoy a bit of nature. We ate very well: plentiful and tasty (perhaps I could have paid a little more attention to detail and table space). The cake was fantastic. But the best thing was the atmosphere: we felt at ease, in the company of friends and family, amid laughter, toasts, and moments of genuine sharing. A simple yet special day, just as I imagined it. A heartfelt thank you to director Leonardo and his team.

17/10/2025: Garbatella, a historic venue. Too much chaos due to the overly complex layout. Rooms within rooms connected by steps that go up and down, but a decent outdoor space that, even though it's nestled between buildings, is enjoyable on warmer evenings. Good food and a wide selection. The carbonara pizza is recommended. Reservations required.

12/09/2025: I discovered a pizzeria by chance, it is in the center of the town. Among the many choices I ate the Pizza Itriana, which I found excellent, with a sufficient amount of filling and a dough worthy of note for its digestibility.

06/09/2025: Last night, on our way back from a trip to Lake Bolsena, we stopped in Farnese and had dinner at this trattoria. Excellent food and welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back. The soup you mentioned and the cacio e pepe risotto were delicious.

12/10/2025: A rare, old-fashioned pastry shop, everything delicious. I'm posting this review after three consecutive mornings of breakfast. It's hard work getting up early every morning, and finding a smile makes it even more special.

05/09/2025: It was recommended to us for typical local dishes. Excellent, good value for money, and reasonably priced. We had a great time. I recommend it to anyone who doesn't want the usual restaurant.
