09/05/2025: We are not from Rome, last week we were invited by my cousin from L'hostaria, as soon as we entered I was "enchanted and thrilled to watch" how with great skill they mixed and plated a pot of sublime carbonara. We were cordially welcomed and seated at our table after a few minutes even before ordering but with the wine already on the table we saw two tasting plates of an exquisite carbonara arrive. And well, my testimony is not only on the amazing taste of the pasta and refinement of the food, but above all on the ability to enthuse and surprise the customer with continuous attention. Well done!! You are an example to follow. Thank you!!

30/04/2025: The staff are always friendly and helpful, typical dishes of the Abruzzo tradition without forgetting the Roman tradition. Definitely coming back.

20/05/2025: if it were possible I would put it below zero. The parking is microscopic, the staff service is poor, the bathrooms a disgrace, the food mediocre, the cost very high. Unfortunate decision last Saturday, we go to dinner in this place, there must have been 2 thousand people (good for the property) the kitchen probably with the capacity to hold 50 people at the tables, we waited a short time to take the order, but practically 2 hours to have dinner, with the result that the very famous arrosticini of the king (but king of what??) were practically raw, the appetizer, two cheap crostini the bill ....... I abstain from the derogatory adjective. The toilets something unspeakable. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE

19/05/2025: We relied on Andrea and his staff to celebrate our daughter's communion. For us, his cuisine has always been a guarantee, and this time too our expectations were not betrayed. Excellent and tasty food, with a mix of flavors that leaves the palate satisfied; plating and smells that make you want to eat (because the eye also wants its part), the plates always came back empty. Our guests enjoyed everything from start to finish. The fruit tart was the icing on the cake, good is an understatement! A round of applause also for the attention given to ensuring that we and another banquet each had their own space to celebrate, even if in the same room. Needless to say, we will definitely be back to celebrate our important events, or even simply for a lunch/dinner. Thanks as always!
