29/06/2024: Dear friends, I recommend you try Pizza West! The owner is very nice and knows how to entertain customers, always with a joke ready. The place is characteristic and welcoming. Food: Roman pinsa is delicious, with light dough and high-quality fresh ingredients. Service: The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Prices: Fair prices and excellent value for money.

09/08/2024: The fig omelette and the grilled first course are very good. The salty husbandzzo is truly delicious. The nougat dessert is delicious. The service was a little slow.

22/07/2024: The best restaurant in the province immersed in the historic center of Veroli! The Farmacia del Gusto has nothing missing to be considered a place of excellence, our experience was unforgettable Chef Castagnacci's cuisine demonstrates a careful selection of raw materials and a refined study of cooking and preparation techniques As appetizers we had the artisanal Maritozzo filled with buffalo stracciatella, Cantabrian anchovies and confit cherry tomatoes, and the buffalo tartare made with capers, dried tomatoes and pepper - the latter absolutely not to be missed! We then tried the fini fini with fig and pine nut pesto: a fresh, pleasant dish with a surprising flavour Finally we tasted the veal cheek with green sauce, soft potatoes and Verolona donut crumble (the chef's homage to the city of Veroli): a meat so soft that it breaks with a breadstick and with a strong and tasty flavor - mine favorite dish of the evening! We ended on a sweet note with the nougat semifreddo with caramelized almonds and pecans. The experience was also made unique by Alberto who, as an attentive host, welcomed us, served us and advised us. Trust his suggestions for choosing wine, you won't regret it! The Farmacia del Gusto is a true hidden gem worth discovering, absolutely not to be missed.

08/08/2024: Excellent service, really super friendly and helpful staff. It's difficult to find someone as kind as them! There was no room inside but the counter workers, seeing that we wanted to stay inside in the cool, helped us and allowed us to put a table inside in the remaining space. The cannoli, pizza, sacher, ice cream and coffee were delicious! Suitable place to relax for a moment near Piazza Re di Roma 🥰

22/07/2024: If you pass through Civita Castellana I recommend making a stop in this small restaurant, we felt at home, the owner was friendly and kind, the quality of the dishes was excellent, from the mixed platter to the abundant pasta and the meat that melts in your mouth, a must try. 23/08/2024: A little expensive for after days of eating pizza and pasta, this was a welcome change. The cater to my vegetarian diet and made me tacos. Staff and people are really nice, I would come back again.

07/08/2024: Cloying ice cream, super sweet and with an artificial flavor that has very little artisanal flavor, probably prepared by diluting "flavored" powders and creams in the cream. After a few minutes I felt sick and had to run to the bathroom. The queue that regularly forms outside the restaurant is truly inexplicable, as it is located in the middle of the Tiburtina buildings between the air conditioning exhausts of the adjacent shops. Courteous and patient staff.

07/08/2024: very nice place where you can relax in the company of friends. the hookah is very good even if lately the flavors are less strong than last year but you can really feel the difference. the food is obviously to be accompanied with hookah but the quantities are right and the prices too. I recommend it for anyone who wants to spend a different evening in Rome without spending too much

The cucumbers with passion fruit vinegar are amazing, the apple suckling pig perfect, the caramelized duck extraordinary and I suppose, given the quality of the food, everything else too.
