26/01/2025: Ho scoperto questo locale per caso, complimenti a tutti,dalla cucina della signora Rosita,al personale di cucina e sala ,tutti,sempre attenti alle esigenze dei clienti,cucina con piatti tipici,paste fresche e soprattutto anche la possibilità di fare mangiare gli intolleranti come mia moglie celiaca,bravissimi,lo consiglio a chi si trova in zona ,ma anche per una gita fuori porta

28/03/2025: We finally tried this place and we left really satisfied. Clean new metropolitan young environment. Excellent bruschetta and of considerable size. Pizza of the "contemporary" type but with amazing leavening, not rubbery and cooked very well. Service a little too stiff perhaps due to age but "it fits"... we appreciated the place in its entirety and above all everything was available for us on a rainy midweek evening. Of course we'll be back 👍

03/03/2025: I am a regular (takeaway) consumer. The pizza has a phenomenal dough, always fresh ingredients and a recently renewed menu with pizzas awarded with important awards. Internal space recently renovated with metropolitan taste.

28/01/2025: I came for the first time (and certainly not the last) for the annual work dinner. Welcoming environment, very serene and delicate color on the walls (light pistachio), very beautiful paintings on the external glass (bunches of grapes). The bathroom is large, equipped with toilet paper and soap but above all clean. Which is a rarity these days. The kind and efficient staff catered to my dietary needs, as I am lactose intolerant. I was able to taste: polenta with pumpkin, bruschetta with vegetables and tomato, broad beans. Then potato pie with an egg placed (really delicate and delicious). As a dessert, apple cobbler and vegan chocolate biscuits (both made by the owner). All truly delicious! Congratulations to Maddalena and the waiter Matteo who were very kind and super helpful. Thanks also to the rest of the kitchen staff. I will definitely be back! I had a very good time! Thanks ❤

29/03/2025: HOUSE. Despite having stayed overnight... PASTA AND BEANS, GRILLED LAMB AND MIXED VEGETABLES + ROOM. Mom, it didn't seem real to me. Short but intense. Thanks again Thomas!!

02/02/2025: Perfect evening... 🖼️🎨🖌️ We stopped at 10.30pm on our way from Salerno. We were welcomed by a lady who told us to sit down and asked what we wanted... without bringing the menu, then she advised us on what to eat and the quantities... we only decided on water and a glass of wine 🍷 "Petrolio in its pure state." moreover, I noticed the glass dirty with red lipstick... 💄 at the end of the dinner.. mind-blowing 😤 Starter chosen by her: cabbage with almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts... "we had to go to the gym". Paired with fried Montanara “in name only”… raw as never before!! Decent roasts... To finish, a gentian and a coffee ☕️ with mocha... "What can I tell you to do"!! She paid attention to the price... because she noticed the red glass on her own 💄 Rating: Off track theme 2 👎

23/02/2025: Sono qui a scrivere questa recensione e un pò mi piange il cuore, poiché è una struttura che conosco bene e nella quale ho festeggiato diverse ricorrenze, tra cui 18, 50, 80 anni e cresime. Non rimpiango la scelta perché sono sempre stato bene in questa struttura e di solito ho sempre mangiato bene. Il problema è che questa volta nel festeggiare gli 80 anni di mio suocero, c'è stato un comportamento poco professionale del gestore. Cominciamo da subito con il servizio ai tavoli, devo dire da subito che hanno sbagliato il vino, invece del rosato che era stato preventivato, ci è stato servito invece un pecorino, passi. Premetto che la torta è stata portata da noi e non è dunque quella della struttura. Nulla da dire sugli antipasti, primi e secondi che sono cmq stati ottimi, il tempo di allontanarci per fare le foto con una torta finta, che ritroviamo al tavolo la ns torta già bella che tagliata e lo spumante già servito nei calici. Peccato che il festeggiato avrebbe voluto vedere la torta preparata apposta per lui, spegnere le candeline ed aprire lo spumante per festeggiare con gli ospiti. Tutto ciò gli è stato precluso, nonostante sia stato detto espressamente a chi di dovere che la torta e lo spumante dovevano essere portati in tavola. Quello che mi domando è perché il gestore, di sua iniziativa abbia tenuto questo comportamento, che ha non solo indispettito, fatto infuriare i commensali ma ha rovinato un giorno di festa, che pure era cominciato nel migliore dei modi. Mi trovo quindi a dover dare una recensione negativa non tanto per il mangiare quanto per il comportamento poco serio e irrispettoso del gestore, che tra l'altro ci conosce anche molto bene. Peccato perché era la ns scelta per la futura comunione di mia figlia.

21/10/2024: Abbiamo avuto come regalo un fine settimana con partecipazione alla Cooking Class con preparazione di prodotti tipici, fialdoni abbruzzesi, maccaroni alla chitarea, ciambelline al vino...tutto poi mangiato a cena con aggiunta un gradevole tagliere...accoglienza voto 10/10, cooking bellissimo, rilassante, condito con la simpatia e la preparazione dei proprietari. In piena campagna, con vista su Manoppello, camera ottima, pulizia, simpatia, gentilezza. Da riprogrammare.

10/10/2024: Our stay at Casale Centurion was nothing short of amazing! Giulia and her family (and pets) were so kind, welcoming and friendly! We are traveling throughout Italy for our honeymoon and booked last minute with the amazing help of Giulia! Our beds were so comfy, rooms so peaceful and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend Casale Centurion to anyone visiting Abruzzo! Giulia helped plan an entire day during our visit with the best advice and recommended spots to visit and dine! We are so grateful to Giulia and her family and hope to be back! Xx Devin

02/10/2024: Piatti espressi a base di pesce, gustosi e appetitosi. Personale gentile e sistemazione vista mare. I posti a sedere sono pochi e ci si può ritrovare con i vassoi sul lungomare, ma non è necessariamente un problema. Anche per questo il prezzo dei piatti è contenuto. Da provare senz'altro se si è in zona.

20/03/2025: Historic establishment of the Riviera, very famous even among those who do not frequent the sea for its round pizzas. Meeting point also for many parents who, tasting the pizzas, let their children play on the structures located there.
