25/08/2025: I visited this historic trattoria in Castiglione with my whole family. For four days, we had takeout for lunch, as it's always busy, and in the evening, we were completely pampered by Tiziana. As an expert in the sector, I can say that their attention to customer service, the quality of the ingredients, the preparation, and the service are on par with the most prestigious establishments in Milan. 14/09/2025: My opinion is based on the quality of the ingredients, the conviviality, and the welcome I received. I'd like to point out that Mrs. Amalia, the owner and cook, went out of her way, even without seeing me, to make my anniversary special. Greetings also to Mr. Tonino and the waitress. Having said that, I can say that the food here is good. Very good. Without too many frills and culinary falsehoods. You can sense the desire to serve dishes made with love and passion. 25/09/2025: I visited this restaurant for an all-you-can-eat lunch. The dishes were good and well-prepared, and the quality of the food was beyond reproach. Unfortunately, I encountered an organizational problem. We arrived at 2:30 PM and, before sitting down, asked if it was still possible to have lunch despite the late hour, since Google Maps showed it closing at 3:30 PM. We were told yes, but once we were seated, they immediately urged us to order because the kitchen closed at 3 PM. I placed two orders in a few minutes (2:37 PM and 2:43 PM), but as I was about to order the last few items, I was first told that the kitchen closed at 3 PM, and then by another person that it actually closed at 2 PM... I understand that we arrived late, but in that case, it would have been more appropriate not to accept customers after a certain time, rather than letting us sit and then changing our plans several times. I advise the restaurant to clarify their opening hours and standardize their communication with the staff, because the quality of the food is worth it, but the experience was ruined by this confusion.

02/09/2025: A TRUE FAMILY-RUN TRATTORIA PIZZERIA, courtesy, hospitality, simplicity, and excellent cuisine, as is the pizzeria. We were welcomed by a simple and warm dining room, with a record player playing vinyl, perfectly in keeping with the evening. Simple, home-cooked cuisine with daily specials. Everything was wonderful, highly recommended!!!

28/08/2025: Beautiful location, excellent food, top-notch staff and waiters, especially Irene, who was very kind and friendly. I also used the rooms for two nights. It's a medieval tower, so there's a hint of history. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: We had an appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and various legumes. The pappardelle with white wild boar was very tasty. The traditional cuisine was a bit heavy. The service was attentive.

11/10/2025: Prompt service and excellent pizza. The dough is light despite the size of the pizza, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. What can I say? This place made me happy. Prices? The lowest I've ever seen. Highly recommended for takeout, too. The photo shows a gluten-free pizza with a respectable crust (very important to me) and a superb tiramisu, also gluten-free.

30/09/2025: A lovely place, right on the beach, very friendly staff, a great selection of wines, and above all, fantastic seafood. The beautiful presentation and incredibly fresh fish have forced me to give it only five stars.

One of the things I loved most is the diverse menu - seafood, meat, and vegetarian options - ensuring everyone can find something they love. I honestly wish I could give this place six stars instead of five; it’s absolutely remarkable and has truly left a lasting impression on me!

12/09/2025: I'll start by saying I've never used the hotel, but the trattoria takes you back in time. What can I say? The food here is excellent, using local produce at very reasonable prices. The friendly, fast, and family-friendly service immediately puts you at ease, making it feel like you're having lunch with friends. It's a regular stop whenever I'm in the area. And I forgot, the portions are generous.

31/08/2025: While staying in castle up the hill we were lucky to visit authentic restaurant with soooo delicious food! Highly recommend to eat all the meat they have! It’s sooo delicious, lamb and veal cooked perfectly and lemon sauce so delight. Family friendly atmosphere and good wine.
