29/06/2025: Dinner at Don Nino, the restaurant is clean and welcoming, the service is fast, the staff is friendly. The restaurant offers 3 types of menus for €20 or €25 (Abruzzo cuisine) and one for €20 (pizza menu) but also the possibility of ordering à la carte. There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) and we took 4 menus for €25 (all included) the portions were generous, we struggled to finish everything. Everything was quite good (especially the appetizers), the meat was a bit dry... overall I recommend it!

24/06/2025: I had dinner with some friends in this restaurant, we took the fixed menu for €25 which included hot and cold starters, ravioli with ragù, fettuccine with mushrooms, sausage and truffle, mixed roast with chips, water, house wine, dessert, fruit, biscuits, liqueurs and coffee, all very good in relation to the price, the owner was very kind, courtesy and kindness from the waitress for me excellent.

17/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal, the best platter of my life! Restaurant with terrace seating, excellent quality food with simple cuisine, homemade ingredients, and generous portions. Very friendly service (we were served by a young woman, Maria, who was super good). I recommend making a reservation and arriving a little early to find parking, as it's a bit difficult to find downtown. If you're passing through Vasto, this is a must-see! 5 stars because it's the best you can get.

14/08/2025: Recommended by friends and acquaintances, we were disappointed for the following reasons: - Very limited menu selection - Required to order at least two dishes - No vegetables of any kind on the menu - We were seated in a room next to a table with seven very noisy children, two of whom were in diapers, who were fed and changed between courses, and the staff didn't say anything... but we were told they weren't allowed to bring dogs... The two stars go to the restaurant and the good service.

09/08/2025: The hotel is modern and comfortable, with very friendly and professional staff, impeccable cleanliness, and excellent food. Ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in nature with excursions ranging from simple to more challenging, while also enjoying some relaxation. The property is located in a magical village, where you'll suddenly find deer accompanying you on your walks. Superb in every way.

04/07/2025: Invited to a wedding, the place is nothing short of enchanting, wonderful outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery, fairytale ceremony hall, large, clean and bright spaces, welcoming and tidy even the bathrooms... the impeccable service all directed minute by minute, the right distance from one course to the next, waiters always available and very present in the room...

16/07/2025: The food is excellent, with homemade pasta and locally sourced meats. The owner is kind and knowledgeable, and works in an absolutely fantastic medieval setting. Also a good place to sleep.

17/08/2025: I'd give zero stars if I could. Short sad story... We made a reservation, but when we arrived, our table wasn't available! We went in and they looked at us like we had the plague. They looked at our dog with disdain, and despite there being no information about it, they spun made-up stories based on supposedly nonexistent information on the nonexistent website. The owner told us, in her own words: "And you've probably been hiking. You're all dirty, and the dog is full of hair." Small note: 1. Dogs have hair. 2. We had gone to visit the botanical garden. You decide...

19/07/2025: Dopo diverso tempo torno in questo locale, ma stavolta con aspettative alte. Fortunatamente la professionalità e la buona cucina, unitamente ad un'atmosfera familiare, non tradisce le aspettative. Tutto veramente buono, ma da segnalare la pasta con tartare di tonno e limone, eccezionale.

03/07/2025: Paella valenciana deliziosa preceduta da tre squisiti antipasti. Abbiamo scelto un trebbiano e poi un cerasuolo di "Amorotti". Serata squisita.

20/07/2025: Il Grillo is an authentic agriturismo where the dishes are plentiful and authentic. The prices are reasonable, but the quality is undoubtedly very high. The mixed antipasto is incredibly good, as are the first and second courses. Highly recommended!

07/07/2025: Buona pizza alla romana.. "scrocchiarella". Il locale, oltre ad essere carino e giovanile, ha molti posti a sedere all'esterno. Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. Consigliato

24/05/2025: Best pizza in the world. Once you try it, you can't do without it. Courtesy, speed and so much goodness. Being a slice pizza place at heart, it's not a place where you can spend an entire evening, especially in the summer when the place works non-stop from late afternoon until late evening. One of those places I would never do without🫶

19/08/2025: The location is beautiful, with a well-maintained entrance, a large green space to the right, and well-lit tables to the left. The "painted" dishes are also beautiful. The wait staff is friendly and professional. Cacio e ova balls, Ascoli olives, stewed cod, and cannelloni. Two tiramisu dishes. Only the appetizers were good. The cod was more rubbery than usual. The cannelloni were drowned in a tomato and cream sauce. The tiramisu was below average for local restaurants. It seemed like a style of cooking still rooted in 1980s flavors.
