Got the vegetarian tasting menu. Tasty thought out carefully integrated international cuisine techniques but still fully Italian food. Great service and atmosphere, looking forward to coming back next time I'm in the area. Worth the trip!
Edit: coming back here because google removes my review for no discernible reason. Hopefully this edit does something to change that.

I'm writing a review a little late. Having returned from holidays in Puglia, having read excellent reviews, we decide to try it. Show!!! From the location to the service to the dishes everything was perfect. Starry not starry. A place to return to.

Il ristorante si trova tra le campagne di San Vito Chietino (il navigatore è d'obbligo per arrivarci), la struttura è moderna ed essenziale. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo scelto il menu "ristudiare i classici" da 60,00 euro a persona: ogni boccone è un'esplosione di sapori nuovi ed inaspettati, un viaggio tra i piatti tradizionali abruzzesi rivisitati in chiave moderna. Complimenti alla chef Cinzia Mancini ed al suo staff, così come alla maître, che ci ha accompagnati con finezza ed eleganza per tutta la durata del pranzo. I coperti sono pochissimi, pertanto la prenotazione è d'obbligo.

Ambiente minimal moderno nascosto sulle colline. Cena all'aperto a luci soffuse. Personale molto gentile ed ospitale. Due soli menù degustazione ed abbinamento vini. Cibo ben presentato con abbinamento e consistenze insolite

In una piccola sala minimal veniamo seguito con grande attenzione un paio di menu proposti. Il percorso è per noi in assoluta novità.. cominciamo con un ottimo vermut è un piatto ci diverse erbe aromatiche. Da quel momento ogni piatto sarà un’esperienza originale dove spesso l’amaro e l’affumicsto hanno la prevalenza. Il tutto piacevole e originale. Mi è piaciuto molto. Non ha cena e basta ma una proposta nuova

Nel buio (forse troppo buio!) della campagna circostante, sorge una cucina prettamente vegetale, sorretta da produzioni proprie, presentata con delicatezza, semplicità e garbo, ma con gusti decisi e un colpo d'occhio molto accattivante.
