08/06/2026: Short wait times, friendly service, good pizza, and above all, even though I have serious consequences even from gluten contamination alone, I was able to eat a pizza without feeling sick because they cook it in a separate oven. Plus, it's lactose-free. I recommend it 🤗

11/01/2026: I've grown fond of this place and come here often. The food is really good and the place is quiet. There's always some background music, but it gives you the chance to chat with those around you without having to raise your voice. The space isn't very big, and perhaps that's why I like it so much; it's intimate and welcoming. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. I always recommend making a reservation because it's not very big, so there's not a lot of seating.

30/05/2026: For those like me who practically grew up in Monachina in Piedicolle di Montereale, this name represents not just a place, but a piece of my heart and a wealth of unforgettable childhood memories. So you can imagine how excited, but also curious, I was when I approached Monachina 3.0. My expectations were not only met, but far exceeded. One aspect I deeply loved was the menu's identity: the names of the pinsa are a constant homage to the region and the people of Montereale. It was wonderful to read the menu and find those references that remind me of home, a wonderful idea that demonstrates how deeply rooted this place is in our community and how passionate it is to preserve its memories and traditions. The culinary offering is simply excellent, starting with the undisputed star: the pinsa. The dough is masterfully rolled and worked, cooked to perfection, and with that distinctive crunchy texture that truly makes all the difference when you bite into it. Light, digestible, and topped with top-quality ingredients. ​The must-try: There's one dish you absolutely must try, a true institution: the fried pinsa with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios. An absolute masterpiece. The frying is masterful, dry, and not at all greasy, creating the perfect contrast with the creaminess of the stracciatella and the crunchy touch of the pistachio. ​Monachina 3.0 is not only a tribute to a history and a land I'm deeply attached to, but a wonderful treat for the palate. I'll definitely be back!

07/06/2026: I dined at Condito and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and located in a charming spot in Teramo's historic center. I particularly appreciated the quality of the arrosticini, tender and flavorful, as well as the pizza, light and well-cooked. The appetizers and desserts were excellent, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available. A place where Abruzzo tradition and a convivial atmosphere blend perfectly. Recommended for both a dinner with friends and an evening with family.

29/04/2026: Condito is the temple of arrosticini in Teramo. Here, the quality of the meat and the grilling are simply unbeatable, accompanied by a focaccia that's out of this world. But the real gem is Federica and Piero, the children of the great Pasquale. Two talented siblings who carry on their father's legacy with rare dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Federica is a truly sweet soul when it comes to hospitality, and together with Piero, she makes you feel part of the family. If you're looking for the authentic flavor of Abruzzo and a special human warmth, this is the place. Highly recommended!

04/05/2026: Terrible evening. I had dinner with a girl, but unfortunately, one of the meals didn't go well. Starting with the service, my pizza arrived right after I ordered it, and it looked like it was ready, having been mistakenly placed at another table. Horrible pizza. She ordered the gluten-free version, with a frozen ready-made base and very little attention to detail. The place was very chaotic, and when it came to the bill, he asked me how it went, after explaining everything to him. As if everything were normal, he replied that it can happen, and I gave him €50 for the bill. He even asked me for €1 to give me my change back, so as not to give him a €1 discount. Truly forgettable.

12/07/2026: Fantastic cozy restaurant with good food! The menu is what the chef has decided for the evening, so just enjoy it. And surprises if you don't know Italian. Really recommend a visit!
