We visited L'Artigiano della Pizza twice during our stay in Francavilla and we were very pleased! Delicious pizza and burgers, and very friendly staff. It was quite busy on Saturday, (which only proveshow great this place really) so I recommend visiting during the week if you prefer it quieter. Huge thanks to our waiter, Sasha, for serving us in English!

A great experience: gluten-free pizza cooked in a separate oven, attentive and friendly waiters, and above all, quality and originality! Definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

We stopped at this place almost by chance and were very satisfied. A quiet and welcoming place, with a warm and cozy atmosphere. We had a very good and tasty Emerald Green Pizza, which even won an award; and a Carbonara Special, equally satisfying. Both were generously topped and had a soft dough that wasn't heavy. We also tried the delicious Blueberry Crocchè, more than just a simple potato croquette... a must-try as a tasty appetizer. We'll definitely be back!

The pizza is excellent. The gluten-free pizza is excellent! The homemade desserts are delicious. It's a shame the atmosphere is a bit noisy (at least for me).

03/05/2026: Tiziana was very welcoming and accommodating, we came without reservation on a Sunday and she made space for us, and accommodated to cater to my gluten intolerance. The food was fresh and delicious. The coffee was excellent.

07/09/2025: Want to show off? A restaurant with a seafront terrace or a trabocco with plenty of atmosphere... Want to eat well? Lunch at Sardella!!! 3-4 times better quality at 3-4 times lower prices... Not to mention the excellent service at the counter from the diligent Romina. After about ten days on the (magnificent) trabocchi coast, the most vivid memory I bring home is the aroma and flavor of Sardella's stuffed calamari... Trust me, if you're passing through these parts, it's worth the detour. We'll definitely be back.
