16/02/2025: We were here twice. On the 1st day we were there, the service was ok, we ate a lot and paid over €85. On the 2nd day we ordered and pizza, and the SERVICE was accordingly !!!!! Were here last time NOGO IF THE SERVICE IS NOT SUITABLE👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾☹️. The rest was okay.👍🏾

14/10/2024: Very good caliper. If you go to San Salvo at dinner time it is a great place to enjoy something really good. A very varied and appetizing menu. Excellent quality on the raw material. I recommend it

31/01/2025: Locale accogliente, cibo molto buono, super antipasto della casa molto vario e di qualità eccellente. Proprietario e staff molto gentile. La vera sorpresa è stato trovare a fine pasto uno dei caffè piu buoni che io abbia mai bevuto…fatto a regola d’arte… Cosa molto improbabile da trovare in un ristorante dove solitamente il caffè è pessimo.

14/01/2025: Posto stupendo, caldo e accogliente. Cibo ottimo, antipasto di salumi e formaggi buonissimo, ottima tartare di carne e le tagliatelle con funghi e speck croccante erano eccezionali. 17/03/2025: I must say right away that the pizza is good... there's no arguing about this, and the prices are also affordable compared to other pizzerias. The service, especially the home delivery service, leaves something to be desired... I have ordered pizzas delivered several times and the waiting times are "exhausting"... in addition to not even being respected because there is always a delay of at least half an hour. The last one was last Sunday...I ordered at 8pm and the delivery would have taken place no earlier than 9.40pm...An hour and forty minutes for a delivery in a street parallel to the pizzeria seems really excessive to me...Reluctantly I gave up considering that it would probably arrive after 10pm.

08/01/2025: In una giornata con tutti i ristoranti pieni, siamo riusciti a mangiare rapidamente con piatti piacevoli e a prezzi contenuti. Molto organizzati ed efficienti e molto di più che una semplice Pizzeria a taglio come sembrava in un primo momento.

05/01/2025: Quando veniamo qui in montagna nel periodo invernale e estate cerchiamo di mangiare da questo posto. Durante l’estate c’erano i tavoli fuori ma questo inverno non c’è più. C’è solo tre tavoli dentro. Se quei tavoli sono occupati si devi aspettare xche il cibo da portare via non esiste x loro dopo di mezzogiorno. Che vuole asporto si deve prenotare prima di mezzogiorno e poi x ritirare si dovrà fare la fila. Sono tanti turisti che vengono in questo posto ma sono delusi dell’accoglienza. In poche parole sembrano che non piacciono tanti clienti.

13/03/2025: Among the places in the area between Alba Adriatica and Giulianova, Baldi is now among the best ever for an aperitif at dinner, the atmosphere is beautiful both inside and outside where it is difficult to find a table even in winter thanks also to the heated bubbles, the aperitif is excellent, very rich and well assorted even for those like me who don't eat meat, the staff is prepared and welcoming, so the service even when it is super crowded is more than acceptable, the only discordant note, for me who adores the Aperol Spritz is a little too light, almost non-alcoholic, (I say these both as a customer and as a bartender) ok the ice is a little too abundant... that could fit, but you have to taste the raw materials (prosecco and aperol). Next time if it happens I'll try something else. However, it is a place that is worth it, where you feel good and I recommend it.

24/11/2024: I gave 3 stars because, according to my personal tastes, it is a good pizza and I don't question commitment and quality ingredients, but this does not mean excellence a priori. After all, the palate is mine!
