Super soft dough, always fresh and top-quality ingredients, not to mention the kindness of the staff and pizza chef Angelo, who even offered us a portion of fries and a babbà! 09/09/2025: I stayed at this hotel with my daughter for one night. The room was comfortable and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was prepared in the room the night before. Nothing special, all ready-made products from a package. There was no cutlery in the room; how could you spread butter or eat yogurt like that? Dinner in the restaurant wasn't what I'd expect from an Italian restaurant. The menu was small, and we did find something meatless, but I don't understand risotto. My daughter's pasta dish also didn't match the Italian cuisine we're used to, and we travel to Italy quite often. The service was so-so, not very attentive, and the "greeting from the kitchen" was served by the manager without comment. I had to ask another service employee what that was exactly... I would definitely eat somewhere else on a second visit...

12/10/2025: Highly recommended!!! Welcoming and polite service, delicious authentic food. We tried many places and kept coming back here. Food is fresh and homemade, which many other place do not have.

11/10/2025: A great place. Lunch for two cost 35-40 euros, but we couldn't finish it all, so we took it with us. We each had five courses. The portions were large, the food was delicious, fast, and the service was friendly. I really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the petite, slender waitress with her bright eyes, attentive and smiling! I highly recommend it!

03/10/2025: Good quality pizzeria and restaurant. We only tried the pizza, which was a good size, and we chose from a variety of flavors, all of which were reasonably good. Very punctual with preparation times, efficient service. Excellent cleanliness, and modern, bright decor. Prices are average. Good experience.

02/10/2025: Really nice atmosphere! You can order at your own pace and the service is quite fast! The people in the service are really polite and kind! And last but not least the food is amazing, I recommend the gyoza and the fried shrimps!! An overall really pleasing experience!!

30/10/2025: The rooms had bedbugs in the bathroom. Very poor service. We left at 5:30 am. There were no lights on; everything was turned off, so you couldn't see where you were going. There was no one at reception to leave the keys. It's a shame because the place is very nice; with competent staff, it could certainly be even better.

28/10/2025: Beautiful views, a perfect setting for couples and families. The room was spotlessly clean.

24/10/2025: The location was beautiful, and the food (we had a small appetizer) was delicious. A slice of bruschetta cost €11, a regular coffee €6, and a cappuccino €8. A bottle of water also cost €6. The drinks weren't listed on the menu. We think it was a rip-off and not a pleasant vacation experience.

12/10/2025: We've finally found the Sicilian cuisine we were looking for, the kind made for friends and family, the kind you'd want to take home and eat every day, even after your vacation. 06/10/2025: I was at this place recently. The food was good, but it was a shame everything was ruined by the truly disappointing service. During dinner, the waiter spilled an entire beer all over me (including my hair). It can happen, of course, but what left me perplexed was the total disinterest shown: no apology; in fact, he could barely contain his laughter. I would have expected at least a minimal amount of attention or a gesture of courtesy when it came to the bill, a symbolic gesture to make up for what had happened, but nothing: not even a single euro off. Unexpected things can happen, but the treatment I received was truly appalling.

03/10/2025: The wait time for a regular Aperol is over 20 minutes. The staff doesn't care about the guests at all. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it. Prices are outrageous. Two Aperols cost 20 euros.

31/08/2025: Although it is in the very touristy central area (like all of Traumana), the place is very nice, good cocktails, and light food, the bruschetta is excellent, and very good Sicilian small dishes. Recommended for a light meal or aperitif
