Excellent gelato (for me, I'm referring to the water-based and lactose-free flavors). Especially the spiced chocolate, hazelnut, and pistachio: delicious. However, it would be nice if they changed the flavors every so often and if people knew when the shop was open, since it's always a mystery. It would also be nice if they created alternatives, so people could have something different in town, like crepes (even ice cream ones) or brioche with ice cream, because over time, you can get tired of seeing the same thing over and over again.
