Here, you can feel a taste deeply rooted in history, not only of the restaurant but also of Florence, with fascinating references like the "festina lente" that speak to a tradition of care and attention. Among the specialties, it's impossible not to mention the Settimo Cielo or Ettore, and a truly exceptional pistachio cream, which alone is worth the visit. The quality has remained consistently high over time, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors. It's one of those places you'll want to return to because you already know you'll have a great time. Highly recommended!
