Given that I work in the restaurant business and probably have a different idea of ​​courtesy and service, we asked if we could add a pizza, and the girl even replied curtly, "No, the oven is already full, you can't!", took our card/debit card, handed over the bill, and left. 06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

Whenever we go to Megalo, we always stop for two cannoli, and today we also tried the aperitivo and the brioche. The waitress was super kind and professional.
