04/12/2024: I was in Montescaglioso with a group and we had the pleasure of having lunch at the Rock Oasis. The experience was fantastic. The welcome was impeccable: the staff, in particular Stefano, was attentive, kind and ready to satisfy our every need. Lunch was excellent, with typical traditional Lucanian dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The quiet and family atmosphere made the moment truly special. We also visited the surrounding area and the rooms of the farmhouse: simple, but with that touch of ''rusticity''. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a welcome that makes you feel at home. The icing on the cake was the large fireplace, further warming the Christmas atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

05/01/2025: In less nice places it is almost always a certainty to spend little, eat well and have large portions. Good sandwiches, abundant side dishes and honest prices. A gentleman who takes care of everything, but very friendly and prepared. It's a bit like being at home. If you haven't been there do it, it's really worth it.

01/05/2025: Non è semplicemente un luogo dove mangiare, ma un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale. La location è molto bella ma è la cucina a lasciare senza fiato: ogni piatto è un capolavoro di sapori, un'esplosione di gusto resa possibile dalla qualità superba delle materie prime utilizzate. Il menù fisso si rivela un percorso di degustazione sapientemente orchestrato, dove ogni portata, dalle deliziose piccole attenzioni iniziali ai sorprendenti predessert, ha il suo preciso ruolo nel condurre l'ospite attraverso un crescendo di emozioni culinarie. Le porzioni, calibrate con precisione, risultano perfette considerando la ricchezza e la lunghezza di questa straordinaria esperienza gastronomica. La tecnica di preparazione dei piatti è a dir poco superlativa, denotando una maestria e una passione rare. L'utilizzo sapiente e creativo delle erbe aromatiche eleva ogni creazione, aggiungendo un tocco di freschezza e complessità che incanta il palato.

04/02/2025: Piatti particolari, menu fisso con piccole cose sfiziose di antipasto;un solo primo, altrettanto piccolo e il solito daino come secondo o in alternativa,fuori menu’ (per i non appassionati del daino)una striminzita tagliata!!! L’unica cosa non piccola era il conto…pagato circa 60 euro a testa, bevendo dolcetto basico. Prezzo eccessivo per quanto proposto in quanto privo di scelta. Non si può’ proporre un solo primo e un solo secondo nel menu’, a questi prezzi!

24/02/2025: Dal parcheggio Mudlerhof, con una bella camminata non impegnativa, abbiamo raggiunto la malga. Locale gestito bene, con possibilità di mangiare sia all'interno che all'esterno. I piatti proposti sono quelli tipici della zona, ben preparati e gustosi.

07/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in famiglia presso La Corte di Lipomo, un ristorante tailandese che ci ha colpito per la qualità delle materie prime e la cortesia del personale. L’ambiente, seppur piccolo, è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, e il servizio si è dimostrato attento e gentile per tutta la durata della serata. I piatti sono ben presentati e ricchi di sapore, con ingredienti freschi che testimoniano una cucina autentica e di alto livello. Un vero piacere per il palato. Tuttavia, una nota dolente riguarda l’acustica del locale: essendo molto raccolto, il ristorante risulta estremamente rumoroso, al punto da rendere difficile la conversazione a tavola. La poca distanza tra i tavoli, inoltre, compromette un po’ la riservatezza, soprattutto se si cerca un’atmosfera più tranquilla o intima. In sintesi, un’ottima esperienza culinaria per chi desidera gustare autentica cucina tailandese, ma da considerare con attenzione se si è sensibili al rumore o si cerca un contesto più riservato.

18/04/2025: Per me e la mia famiglia prima esperienza di cucina thailandese. Locale piccolo molto grazioso e caratteristico, colorato. Ragazze in sala davvero carine, pronte a fare utili consigli sulla scelta dei piatti. Cucina davvero buona, non pesante, gustosa e anche bella alla vista. Salsina di arachidi fatta in casa davvero ottima! Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente!

12/06/2025: Recommended by a friend of mine about a year ago, and since I would be in the area the next day, I booked a table. I ordered a fish menu (40€), and a business lunch. For those who want to eat a lot and fill their stomachs with low-quality food, this place is ideal. The only good things were the shrimp from the fish grill, a good sparkling white house wine, strawberries with cream and lemon sorbet. For the other foods, let's forget about it. The business lunch included a dessert buffet. I took the first dessert. I got to the table, sat down, looked at it and saw that there were about ten ants circling around it. The waitress apologized and then I went to get another dessert from the buffet counter. Before taking the dessert I looked at it and saw no ants. I got to the table, sat down, cut the dessert and tried to lift the first bite with my fork, and again saw two more ants. Once again the waitress apologized and told me that she would bring me the cut dessert directly from the kitchen. I ate it, but like almost all the dishes they brought us before, the dessert was also of poor quality.

23/02/2025: Una delle due signore mi ha trattata come una deficiente solo perché per 2 secondi non avevo capito bene cosa mi avesse chiesto! Ha iniziato a brontolare ad alta voce che la risposta era semplice o si o no e non smetteva più! Mi ha fatto vergognare davanti a tutti! Di sicuro il locale era pieno ma non ero certo io in 2 secondi ad averle fatto perdere tempo! Per evitare discussioni sono andata via senza dire nulla ma mi è dispiaciuto! Ho speso 100 € ed oltre ad avermi rovinato un po' l'umore nel giorno del compleanno di mio figlio , la torta non era un granché! Mai più! Se fossi stata una cliente abituale o una loro amica non mi avrebbero certo trattata con maleducazione!
