27/10/2025: One of the last real sandwich shops! The sandwiches are wonderful, filled with top-quality ingredients, and always have been! We've been going there since the mid-1980s, and it's always a sure thing!

27/09/2025: This restaurant inside the Capalonga campsite is also open to outside guests. It overlooks the lagoon, is clean, and very charming, with a typically touristy feel, featuring paper tablecloths. The staff is friendly. Service is fast, and the food is reasonably good. Lunch included a delicious mixed hot/cold seafood appetizer, along with seafood cicchetti (a type of cicchetti) with creamed cod, sardines in saor (sautéed sardines), and marinated anchovies on pieces of not-so-good focaccia. The seafood gnocchi with fried eggplant and shrimp was a dish I wouldn't eat again. The grilled calamari with polenta was excellent. The lady at the counter was friendly. The price, €93.50, was just right for a seafood meal.

26/09/2025: Beautiful location, even just for a coffee overlooking the lagoon. The staff is always friendly. Access is possible even if you're not a guest at the Capalonga campsite.

18/08/2025: This is absolutely my favorite bar in all of Sicily! 💛 I first came here last year, and I've been back several times this year – and each time I've fallen in love with this place all over again. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the prices are so low it's hard to believe. Everything I tried – from the ice cream to the snacks – was perfect and prepared with love. The staff are the sweetest people in the world – warm, positive, and they make you feel at home. Plus, the unique atmosphere of this place makes you want to come back again and again. Since returning from Sicily, I've been thinking about it constantly and missing the taste of their food. If only they shipped worldwide, I'd go every day! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone ❤️

20/08/2025: We've been frequenting this rustic Tuscan restaurant for over thirty years and highly recommend it. The pizza is truly one-of-a-kind; you can't leave without trying it!

03/11/2025: The restaurant has changed management; we had been there under the previous management, always for dinner. What can I say? Excellent quality. We had the passatelli with cherry tomatoes and mushrooms (1 portion for 2), a tagliata with arugula and tomatoes, and a veal escalope with mushrooms, plus a chocolate dessert... All delicious! We'll definitely be back. 😄

30/11/2025: I went there this Sunday, November 30, 2025, with my wife and dog, after a tour of Alberobello. They had a fixed lunch menu for €30, including appetizers, a choice of three first courses, three second courses, dessert, coffee, water, and one additional drink per person. What's the catch? I don't know, I'm still looking for it! Good quality, exceptional price considering what we ate, beautiful location, and... Let's hope it stays this way the next time we return... Because we will be back!

Elisa, the woman who served me, was wonderful, but above all, she is one of those very few people who infuse everything they do with all their heart, passion, and so much love, as well as a very high level of professionalism. Everything made here is a true art, a journey through the aromas and flavors, but above all, through the feelings and emotions they evoke in those who enter. With each delicacy, a fantastic journey begins through a beautiful world, just like a Terence Hill movie. Smiles and sincere words that come from the heart join the wonderful world of the Russo Girotti pastry shop. Teresa and Roberto are a wonderful Neapolitan couple and are incredible people, both personally and professionally. Emotions of the soul, this is what you will experience every time you come here. 23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.
