Even though I'm not necessarily a regular plant-based fan, the dishes were delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can taste the meticulous research behind every ingredient. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's proof that vegetarian and vegan cuisine can be incredibly tasty and satisfying for anyone. I'll definitely be back!
