The lady who runs this wonderful business puts passion, care, and love into every product she makes. Her artisanal jams, made with myrtle and local fruits, are simply exceptional: authentic, fragrant, and rich in flavor. Every bite speaks of the most authentic Sardinia. In addition to the jams, you can find excellent local wines, select cheeses, traditional cured meats, and many other local specialties. The real added value is the hospitality: the owner knows how to make every guest feel at home, enthusiastically sharing the history of her products and local traditions. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting of typical Sardinian dishes, prepared with genuine ingredients and great attention to quality. An experience that will captivate both the palate and the heart. A place where tradition, hospitality, and authentic flavors meet. Kudos to the owner for the passion and dedication she conveys in every detail. We'll definitely be back. A true gem in Budoni.

04/06/2026: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I only ordered a burrata and a glass of wine. The burrata was disappointing, as the quality seemed rather average and the presentation was very uninspired – some iceberg lettuce and a few whole tomatoes on the plate didn't look particularly high-quality. The service also left a bad impression: the staff was inattentive, sometimes unfriendly, and repeatedly engaged in private conversations right next to the guests. I found it particularly disturbing that the owner repeatedly shouted loudly through the restaurant and addressed passersby during my visit, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable there. To me, the restaurant seems heavily geared towards tourists, without being able to impress in terms of either quality or service.

26/05/2026: Lauro Bistro is a proper cocktail bar, and the only that I have found in Rome. I am very impressed with the staff! Especially, Shamim! A great guy! The neighborhood is great as well!

27/04/2026: Unfortunately, they've decided to change their aperitivo menu. It used to be a wonderful option for a "reinforced" aperitivo after a stroll, complete with focaccia or other snacks. Now, it's just chips and olives. It used to be a go-to place for us, but now it's just a bar like any other... sorry.

09/06/2026: Last time (last February) I was a bit disappointed: the pizza had burnt edges and the dough didn't have its usual good flavor; the metal chairs were too loud (it was a nuisance for everyone to get up or move around); even the black heating system, located on the ceiling, clashed with the very light colors of the setting. I'll be back and hope to see changes.

06/06/2026: We've known this place for a while and it's always been good, now they've sent us to a nasty pine forest, total disorganization, an hour's wait, annoyed guys, it's better to close, you can't stay open like this, total chaos, don't go to this total madhouse

20/06/2026: It was a late arrival in Rome. Hungry and tired, we drove to the hotel, seeing restaurants closing one after another. Near the hotel, we started looking for a late-night dinner. A staff member stood at the door of the restaurant, stopped us, and invited us in for a meal. Even though they were closing and we were the only guests, they didn't rush us, ensuring our satisfaction and excellent customer service. The dishes were freshly prepared and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In my opinion, this place is worth a visit, both in terms of the quality of the food, the service, and the price. The restaurant is run by people who love what they do and do it well.

21/05/2026: The staff were very friendly. We had the pizza twice, which was delicious and had excellent toppings. You can choose between Neapolitan or Roman-style. They also offered us bruschetta, which was also very good, and the fried foods weren't greasy. The fries were top notch.
