11/12/2025: It’s a small store with traditional homemade gelato. The price is a bit steep for the small portion. The taste was ok, not my favorite out of all the gelatos I ate on the trip. They also have macaroons and cannoli, both of which are too sweet for my liking. I had a good experience with the service, but think it’s a bit too pricey for the quality.
11/11/2025: Got the biggest size gelato but only got three small rolls like cherry tomatoes in size with the cone completely empty. The pistachio was ok but the tiramisu just tasted like coffee. Disappointing experience…

We popped in for an aperitivo and... what a pleasant surprise! Even with the basic €10 menu, the service was friendly, attentive, and always smiling—not a given, especially during rush hour! 😄
The atmosphere? Super welcoming. We sat on the sofa, and between chats and appetizers, it truly felt like we were in our own living room... only with nicer lighting and better cocktails!
A place where you're always happy to see each other again, even just for the sake of having a good time, without too many frills but with that touch of warmth that makes you say, "Let's come back soon!"
17/09/2025: I celebrated my birthday here. We had a wonderful meal and the staff was wonderful and super helpful. I had a great time!

07/09/2025: We had dinner for four. The food was good but very sparsely presented, and the price wasn't justified, even for the quantity. We ordered a bottle of wine, but they brought us different glasses—I don't know if that was intentional. Customers at the bar were talking very loudly, someone was smoking at the door, and the smoke drifted into the dining area, and someone else was vaping at the table.
21/08/2025: Delicious fresh pasta with fresh tomato sauce!
Across the street is the small market square with a fountain. The interior has a cozy atmosphere, like a wine bar with a bar!
Extremely friendly staff!

14/10/2025: I love Tabula Rasa! Delicious sandwiches, a welcoming atmosphere, and tons of board games, some of which are really cool. Perfect place to spend an evening with friends.
25/08/2025: Normal wait times, inattentive service. The person serving the food comes and goes from the kitchen wearing an apron that's simply dirty, to say the least.

Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano.
Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa.
Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!
06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada.
El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto.
Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional.
Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable.
Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.

10/10/2025: Gamberoni looked beautiful but weren't very fresh. My stomach and intestines rumbled quite a bit afterward.
The first service was full of tourists. The second service in the evening filled up with locals, and you couldn't hear each other anymore; it had a cafeteria feel.

02/11/2025: I will never order from here again after 3 years of ordering regularly. Today I received a different order than I ordered, and when I called to ask for an explanation, they dismissed me without explanation. You are shameful.
The owner's response under this review demonstrates the level of respect and politeness these gentlemen have. Never again will I be ashamed.
