27/07/2025: The food is great value for money; pizza costs €5-10 depending on the toppings, and it's very tasty. The fresh seafood is also very good. The fries are also great and the portions are huge. If you're in the area, just eat there and not next door.

09/09/2025: It must have been really good, and the ambiance is great, but... I hate writing reviews like this, but this was a truly contrasting experience: We've rarely been served so unfriendly, and with €67 on the clock, we returned to our extremely lovely guesthouse very disappointed. The polenta was a heartless mess, the Sträuben (spicy sausage) came from a pre-packaged package, and the Bauerngröstel (farmer's roast) wasn't good either. Unfortunately, none of it was worth the price, apart from the house wine and espresso. The Italian couple next to us even complained vehemently...

05/09/2025: Recommended by friends for its excellent cuisine, we enjoyed traditional dishes like cheeses, dumplings, and spätzle: everything was truly delicious! It's a shame the staff's rude attitude took away a bit of the warmth from the experience: in a place like this, you'd expect a more cheerful welcome.

30/07/2025: A charming location offering a splendid view. The restaurant is welcoming, renovated, spacious, and features outdoor seating. The staff is qualified, helpful, and always attentive to customer needs. Excellent pizzas and great food.

07/02/2025: The structure is surrounded by nature with a breathtaking view. The rooms are furnished in Sardinian style with everything you need and very clean. The restaurant is also excellent, with a wide choice of dishes. The owner is very kind, we felt at home!

19/08/2025: Nice place, the tables are a bit close together but overall well-spaced! Aperitivo from 6 pm for €7, even just a can of drink, which might seem excessive! In truth, there's a self-service buffet and the food is varied and more than sufficient! Some of the food is superb! It's practically half a dinner!

24/08/2025: Excellent lunch with friends, attentive and welcoming service. Traditional cuisine prepared with quality ingredients. Near Casperia, a village worth visiting and within walking distance. An experience to repeat.

01/08/2025: I've tried other places in Sabine, but to be SURE you're eating well, you have to go to Asprese. A simple porcini mushroom appetizer sautéed with their own extra virgin olive oil, fettuccine with chestnut flour and asparagus, escalope with porcini mushrooms, Sabine-style chicken, sautéed chicory, grilled vegetables, and, to finish, a crème brulee: EVERYTHING, TRULY, HOMEMADE. 17/07/2025: I'm asking you kindly, and there's evidence from the cameras, that is... if you can find a solution, why don't you have the vans arrive during rush hour? Because, despite all the no-parking signs on the bends, vans still park, or where there are garages, they park the van sideways and take up a lane and a half. Why don't you find a solution for unloading goods before a collision occurs, for your vans that you have arriving to unload goods?

10/08/2025: excellent location..first and second courses equal to a restaurant..delicacies of all kinds and truly imaginative...not least the drinks..bartenders prepared beyond the average in the neighborhood..here you pay for quality time

28/07/2025: Very nice and stylish place. However, the organization is rather rigid. We went during aperitivo time, and they wouldn't serve anything that wasn't included in the nice aperitivo menu, even considering the food intolerances we had compared to the aperitivo menu. Therefore, we couldn't even get a simple salad. Highly discouraged for specific needs.

04/07/2025: Everything was great, except for the friendliness of the window clerk on the street. Already when I was in line I saw unfriendly attitudes towards girls who could have been her daughters, but I realized that it is a routine attitude since she had it also with me who am an adult and I "allowed" myself to ask an extra question (the waiting times for a calzone)! Having said that, I am sorry but those who are in contact with the public (and especially with children and teenagers) have the duty - it would not be a bad vocation - to be kind, patient and polite!

13/07/2025: A very well-kept, clean place with refined, chic decor: the first impression upon entry is certainly positive. However, I was disappointed to note that not all prices are displayed: only those for gelato and granita, while the biscuits and popsicles (magnum-sized) are completely unmarked. I tried a granita, which was average, with no particular distinguishing features. I'll be back to try the gelato, which seems to be the real star of the place.

16/07/2025: The staff were friendly, but I wasn't entirely satisfied with the food. I enjoyed the first course, but the appetizers weren't great: the fried food was almost burnt and the octopus was rubbery.

14/07/2025: Very good food, with abundant starters and excellent main courses.

07/08/2025: The breakfast is excellent, the aperitif was delicious, and the dinner was excellent. As for the hotel, I can't give any reviews.
