28/06/2025: Excellent stop for those traveling on the Palermo-Trapani route, via statale. It is a bit expensive, precisely because it is touristy and passing through, but the things are good, both salty and sweet. They welcome dogs very well, which is always a plus.

17/03/2025: I must say right away that the pizza is good... there's no arguing about this, and the prices are also affordable compared to other pizzerias. The service, especially the home delivery service, leaves something to be desired... I have ordered pizzas delivered several times and the waiting times are "exhausting"... in addition to not even being respected because there is always a delay of at least half an hour. The last one was last Sunday...I ordered at 8pm and the delivery would have taken place no earlier than 9.40pm...An hour and forty minutes for a delivery in a street parallel to the pizzeria seems really excessive to me...Reluctantly I gave up considering that it would probably arrive after 10pm.

23/05/2025: This one deserves to be shared. A little while ago, three of us went to "Polvere di stelle", an evening that offered a buffet aperitif including a drink for €10. Two of us signed up for this "package", while the third only took a drink for €6, as per the menu on the paper (he is also following a strict diet, so he was forced to limit himself). Surprise: at the cashier they made us pay €30 for three buffets, claiming that the third of us had also eaten from the plates of the other two diners (in reality, the accused person had just tasted a couple of pieces of canapés from the plate of one of us). Evidently, someone in the place had taken care to monitor the customers at the tables to see and record what they were putting in their mouths. Incredulous and astonished, we advise anyone who goes to the place in question to bring with them an advanced and infallible "counter" (perhaps on their wrist), in order to be prepared when they have to go and face the final bills at the cashier... One thing is certain: they will never do the math to us again....

03/05/2025: An experience that teaches how much the way we feel welcomed matters. Saturday evening, 7.30pm. A friend and I enter the Ducale Ristorante & Pizzeria in Irsina, we smile, we greet with a simple and genuine "Good evening". The answer? A dry, cold and almost aggressive "Say!", pronounced by a man behind the counter, as if our greeting were an annoyance and not an act of education. We ask: “A table for two, please.” Without really looking at us, he replies icily: “At 8pm.” And he sends us away. In that moment, more than rejected, we felt invisible. The "no" is not the problem. It's as they say. It is the absence of empathy, of respect, of minimal human hospitality. The mind records these experiences more than one imagines: a door that closes, a wrong tone, one gesture too many can leave their mark. Yet, it was 7.30pm, and Google clearly indicates that the place is open from 6.30pm to 12am. The refusal was not justified by any rule, but only by an attitude. Welcoming isn't just serving food, it's creating connections. It's about making people feel welcome. And in this, unfortunately, the Ducale failed completely.

21/06/2025: Just got back and I already feel nostalgic. Excellent location just a few minutes from the center (15 min walk) and a strategic point for all the beaches. Quiet for those looking to relax. Large apartment (I was in the two-room apartment) Very clean and comfortable. For a fee: air conditioning, bed linen and bathroom. Really beautiful swimming pool, with a well-kept garden. Attention: there is no bar or refreshment point inside. For some it could be a disadvantage. Honestly, I find it pleasant. Pure and simple relaxation. Market, shops and bars, always nearby. The discreet welcome of Mr. Paolo, always available to give advice, will be an excellent setting for your holiday. Highly recommended.

01/04/2025: When we go to Villa Cecilia we are always treated like family. The owner Antonella is always ready to satisfy every need. The location is wonderful because, especially in summer with the outdoor patio/garden, you can enjoy a view of Udine and the surrounding plain that is truly unique!! And even more so in the evening. We often return also because the seafood Paella, made to order, is exceptional!!! Strictly house wines.

24/02/2025: A beautiful discovery, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the room to the service, to which is added the welcome of the owner, in short, you feel at home. Delicious dishes, a perfect combination of tradition and quality. We will definitely be back!

Per fortuna avevamo gli avanzi delle merende delle bimbe.... finalmente dopo un'ora e mezzo sono arrivati parte degli antipasti.... avevano perso la comanda della tartare... dobbiamo aspettare anche le pizze... fateci gli auguri!

08/12/2024: The food is good but the service is really too slow. I have come several times, always on Saturdays, when the place was crowded, but in no other restaurant have I ever had to wait so long, not even in those with even more seats than this one. Every time I've come I've waited half an hour just to get the menu, an hour for fries and a full two and a half hours for the pizza. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves a more organized service. I recommend coming only if you have a lot of patience.

Tutte le volte che sono venuto, ho dovuto aspettare mezz'ora solo per ricevere il menù, un'ora per delle semplici patatine e ben due ore e mezza per la pizza. È un peccato, perché la qualità del cibo meriterebbe una gestione più attenta e organizzata. Se decidete di venire qui, preparatevi a lunghe attese

12/06/2025: We spent only 3 nights in this hotel ... we had a great time ... we were welcomed at the reception by Mrs. Roberta very friendly and always available .... Breakfast well served ... we found everything at the table from juices, jams, honey, brioches and in addition we were served on request by the very kind and friendly Mrs. Adriana cappuccino, coffee, etc.. eggs, cold cuts and cheeses. We had dinner overlooking the lake at the fish restaurant ... super good and abundant. I highly recommend the Bellariva hotel for its proximity to the lake ... as well as having a large parking lot .. very clean and quiet room .... We will definitely return! Thank you!

03/06/2025: The best piadineria ever...a regular stop on our seaside stays. If possible, buy the packages to take home. Freezer and then cook them as if you had just bought them. The place is spartan but believe me it's worth it.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste. Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️
