18/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria, delicious, good quality ingredients, good service, thanks in part to two very attentive staff. The outside is pleasant, but the inside is less so. I recommend the excellent fried pizza. Use The Fork discounts wisely.
15/09/2025: If you want a pizza that's different from the others without being different until you digest it, this is the place for you!
The dough is truly delicious and easy to digest, the ingredients are high-quality and well-combined on their gourmet pizzas.
The fried foods are very good, and the service is top-notch, with a truly skilled and always available management.

04/11/2025: A unique and beautiful place, you can. Enjoy excellent desserts and spend a quiet evening with friends. There are several rooms to choose from, some more private than others, and I personally really appreciate the opportunity to spend time playing board games. The selection of herbal teas is wonderful, with a vast menu with so many choices. Outside, there's a small terrace with chairs and blankets to keep warm during the colder months; I highly recommend it. They nail the herbal tea experience perfectly.

02/10/2025: The best cioccolata calda con panna in Ascoli Piceno centro. They make the whipped cream in-house. We've been going here for years and the owner is always friendly.

20/12/2025: The room photos certainly give a much better idea of the rooms, but everything is dated (1970s style) and needs updating, and the bathroom lacks a bidet. It was cold in the evening, so we turned on the air conditioning because the radiators weren't on and the windows, being dated, let in the cold from outside and also smelled like something burning. So we turned off the air conditioning and opted for blankets, but it was a shame there was only one for three beds. The standard breakfast was nothing special, and we paid €80, which honestly wasn't adequate for the property. I don't think I'll return.
21/11/2025: Excellent location, ample parking available for guests, and a beautiful view from the window.
There were a couple of inconveniences, but they were resolved.
Among the staff, I immediately felt empathy for one person who was very kind on the phone and suggested I visit the nearby Pertosa Caves, which were wonderful ❤️ definitely worth a visit.
The hotel is certainly not new, and there are some things that could be fixed, but it's not easy to run a business these days with all the expenses involved.

23/11/2025: It is often crowded, but definitely worth the hype. Many drink and pastry options, which are incredible, and the ladies working there are very nice :)! If you find space you should definitely visit this place

02/11/2025: Dirty environment (especially the bathroom, full of urine everywhere except the toilet, no toilet paper), yesterday's croissants, bitter coffee, and a less than friendly owner. I do not recommend it.
*Since you believe the review is untrue, I attach the following information: toilet in terrible condition with a broken flush button and therefore a bowl full of excrement (liquid when I entered), no toilet paper, yellowish liquid on the floor and an unpleasant odor.
As you can see, dear owner, your establishment does not meet minimum hygiene standards; previous reviews also confirm this.
I would like to give you a piece of advice: clean at least once a day!
29/10/2025: The lady is really kind. It's a bit out of the way for me, but I take advantage of it when I go to the Banco di Sardegna or visit nearby. Excellent cappuccino, coffee, fresh pastries. Excellent service, very fast. I recommend it. Good luck 😊

09/11/2025: Great place to study. Friendly service. My decaf cappuccino was excellent, great balanced flavor and foam. It could have been a little hotter though, it was only warm. I also got a pistachio nutella croissant which was BOMB. So good. Their bathrooms are clean and the music is great in the background.
