28/06/2025: Sono davvero tanti anni che io frequento questo ristorante, spesso con familiari o con amici ma da qualche anno, purtroppo, anche sola. Ci sto bene. È con queste tre parole che voglio riassumere la mia esperienza. E non mi riferisco soltanto a quello che mi viene portato in tavola perché mai una volta ne sono stata delusa. Parlo anche di valori quali l'onestà, la gentilezza e l'attenzione verso le persone che, purtroppo, talvolta, pretendono senza considerare la dedizione e la fatica che sono dietro a questa attività. Complimenti a Natascia, Gianfranco e Dina. E un grazie di cuore!

25/08/2025: I've been a customer for years, and the gelato is good, no complaints there. It's unfortunate, however, that every time I go, the prices seem higher and higher, and receipts seem optional. In my personal experience, if I pay in cash, I'm denied payment 80% of the time—and I've been there many times. Anything goes, but at least give the customer a discount if you skip the receipt... Also, the spuminos instead of cream on the profiteroles are truly unnoticeable. It's a shame, because the product remains high-quality, but these "tricks" on receipts, combined with the annual price increases, have always bothered me. It had to be said.

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.

04/09/2025: Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, with typical appetizers like peppers with bagna cauda, ​​a trio of fresh raw meats, and among the first courses: tajarin with black truffle, excellent! And tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms. The second courses also don't disappoint: sliced ​​Fassona beef with roast potatoes, a trio of carpione with chicken, veal, and vegetables, and finally desserts like chocolate bunet with amaretti biscuits and the classic stuffed peach. The location is typical of a classic trattoria, and the service is punctual and welcoming. The chef was very hospitable, and even earned the compliments of my table. Good Piedmontese cuisine, plentiful, and at the right price? Trattoria Piemontese, you're on the safe side.
