17/05/2025: The name of this restaurant translated is the smile, printed on my face when I enter this welcoming place. Friendly, wonderful service, if you have the chance ask for Fabio. Excellent food, at a bargain price. Great for spending time with friends, because company and a bit of laughter and good food are the salt of life. Free bitters and you feel at home! Best Chinese in Monza hands down. And as the Chinese motto says: "吃得开心，活得自在" (Chī dé kāixīn, huó dé zìzài) Eat with joy, live lightly.

09/06/2025: At the reception a strong smell of armpit greeted me. In the room a nauseating smell of spray (maybe they had just finished cleaning): it went away after hours. The sink is made in such a way that all the water falls on the floor and so the whole room becomes a puddle. At breakfast there was no fruit: I asked for a banana and they didn't even deign to tell me that there wasn't one. The TV didn't have a remote control: they gave it to me after 1 day and my repeated requests. The walls are thin, so there is no real silence. I called the reception but they didn't answer because they forgot to reactivate their switchboard. My experience strongly advises against this hotel.

08/06/2025: This review is not about a classic hotel stay. If you choose Art Hotel Museo exclusively for an overnight stay, you will probably have a positive experience. It all started in November 2023 with the first inspection, as it was the perfect structure to host an event through our APS (Associazione di Promozione Sociale). That evening we met for the first time Mr. Enrico Frosini, the hotel manager, who was intrigued by our proposal, as it was a particular format and we were sure they had never seen it before. We were shown the rooms that interested us, we had the opportunity to discuss extensively with Mr. Enrico and, in general, we were more than positively impressed by the welcome and the spaces available in their structure. We could say we were definitely satisfied with our first visit. In February 2024 we returned for a second visit, this time to carry out a promotional photoshoot on location together with some friends (who would also be potential participants in the event that we would have held here). We had arranged in advance with the hotel to find out about the availability of the rooms we were interested in, and in fact everything went smoothly. Mr. Luciano Margiotta (head of the hotel's events department/conference center) was present, and together with the rest of the staff present during the day he also had the opportunity to see the costumes that some participants could potentially wear during the event (our event would have provided the possibility, for participants who owned one, to wear hand-made "animal" costumes, similar to mascots, so to speak, without going into further detail). Even in this case, the staff seemed to have appreciated the visit, leaving us once again satisfied with the day just concluded at the facility. Last April 5th we returned for the last time to visit the facility together with the art director of our event, who asked us to view the event spaces in order to better understand their potential in terms of set-up. Even in this case we had agreed with the hotel on a day in which the rooms we were interested in were free. Once again everything was ok in this respect: we left the structure positively impressed again. At this point, hell began. We needed to get to the point, starting an exchange of emails with the structure to understand the actual feasibility of our event. We were told that they would be waiting for information and material to better understand the type of event. From that moment, several emails with descriptions, photos and videos were sent, phone calls were made to the hotel as it seemed they were not receiving the emails correctly, then we were told that in that period they were changing management and that this would have led to delays in responses, in total about ten emails were sent, to which no response was ever received. We contacted them on WhatsApp, receiving only a couple of vague and inconclusive responses. In one of the last phone calls, they asked us to detail every possible need and request of our event in a document. We proceeded to do as requested by also sending everything to their PEC mailbox. Again, no response. After dozens of attempts to interact with the facility, we began to look for alternatives, given the attitude taken in recent months. What happened forced us to throw away a year and a half of positive relationships maintained with Art Hotel Museo up to that point, making us waste a lot of time that we could have used more fruitfully with other facilities. Every time we visited the facility, people from Veneto and Lombardy came who even drove 7 HOURS A DAY to visit it, making us look questionable to say the least.

03/06/2025: Truly unique experience, spectacular location, the open kitchen drove me crazy, seeing the two chefs prepare the menu. The waiters were very friendly and the white myrtle was spectacular. We will definitely be back

05/06/2025: I had dinner at this location following a ceremony. Too much rice and overcooked and burnt leek, broth in which the gnocchi were placed a little too watery. For the second course the meat was tender but I would have left it to cook a few more minutes. The post-wedding cakes in the cardboard tray were also not. The staff as they proved to be kind during the service. The drinks were served with ice that was not so crushed and seemed almost washed out in taste

02/06/2025: We chose this restaurant to celebrate our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is simply unique: modern, elegant and surrounded by a stunning garden, cared for down to the smallest details and perfectly set up for the occasion. At night, with its lights it acquires even more value, giving an atmosphere of rare elegance and magic. The cuisine won over all the guests: refined, original and abundant dishes, capable of leaving even the most demanding palates speechless. Great praise goes to the staff, extremely kind, professional and always available. The property welcomed us with warmth and cordiality, making us feel truly pampered. A special thanks goes to Vittorio, who followed us step by step in planning the event. He was able to listen to us, advise us and satisfy our every desire, ensuring impeccable organization even during the day itself. Thanks to him everything was perfect, beyond all expectations. 01/06/2025: I came today for lunch with the usual all you can eat formula and I happened to find a bone inside a salmon tartare. Now I didn't expect to not pay but I don't know if a discount could have been given.

28/05/2025: In the past it was definitely a place you could count on, I'm sorry to say that this is no longer the case. The lack of interest in the customer is evident, few of the staff understand the needs or even understand Italian. It's also a shame that the menu has been negatively varied, as is the quality, which is definitely on the decline, they are more inclined to clear tables than to serve food.....It's a shame

20/05/2025: Wide assortment of craft beers in cans/bottles. Always excellent beers on tap. The fries are exceptional, the food is really good. The place is well-kept and the staff is super welcoming! Highly recommended

25/05/2025: As regular customers and always satisfied with this place, we returned for dinner with the new management. The waiter who took our order and served us was cold and rude. Slow service compared to before and little attention paid to the customer. There is a gentleman who walks around the room looking at the dishes on the table and it puts you in awe. The 3 stars are for the friendly face and smile of Benedetta who fortunately stayed. I will give other chances, hoping that it is only difficulty at the beginning, we do not want to lose a place like this...

20/05/2025: I had the pleasure of holding a dog seminar in this facility. I am a big critic because I always think that when I go to a facility to eat or stay I should feel better than at home. Well, here you feel great! Fantastic locations, well-kept and clean rooms, super helpful staff and let's not talk about the food!!! Everything produced by them, simple but still refined dishes and I must say everything is delicious! I highly recommend it to everyone

04/06/2025: I can't comment on the food because I only had drinks. I don't like giving bad reviews to the staff, but the rudeness, the tone, the absolute lack of kindness of everyone is disarming, as others have said. I would also like to remind them that it is illegal not to allow customers to pay only for what they have consumed and only allow them to pay "alla romana" (this was also communicated with great rudeness). Nice atmosphere, but I certainly won't be returning.
