24/08/2025: What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's location is wonderful, surrounded by mountains and boasts magnificent views. Impeccable service and a very warm welcome. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and large, and the breakfast is generous and refined. I highly recommend it!

20/08/2025: Reservation made on Booking.com three days before, last-minute cancellation by the establishment due to overbooking. This is unacceptable, so I strongly advise against this establishment.

05/10/2025: AWFUL experience! Despite having made a reservation the day before, they made us WAIT OUTSIDE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF! The pizza arrived after another hour and a half, even M... we couldn't wait to get out there. The place was too chaotic, cramped, and the owner was also unpleasant; he didn't even apologize for the wait; we were about to get up and leave. The pizza made us sick after eating it, and the fries were so full of oil that they made you nauseous (and the frying oil isn't changed). The staff was friendly, but the owner, or I think it was him, was very unpleasant. Not recommended; spend a Saturday night somewhere else. Also, at the cash register, in our rush to pay, we didn't realize that the figures he had calculated didn't add up.

05/10/2025: I booked a table (for 4 people) for 10pm, arrived at the pizzeria 15 minutes early they told us "time to set the table" we wait about 1 hour outside to take a seat, once inside (environment without change of air and crowded since we were all stuck together) we wait another 30 minutes just to receive the digital menu (not updated, the prices are not really those indicated) the square arrives after another 1 hour of waiting at about 00:15, once the pizza arrived the flavor was unpleasant and difficult to digest, (I chose a capricciosa even if from the flavor I could only taste the vinegar of the mushrooms not drained before putting them on the pizza). Terrible experience I do not recommend it and I will never go there again.

29/09/2025: Not enough toppings and a very greasy pizza. Parking 200 meters away, inconvenient street... For a 100g slice of pizza, more than €10??? Okay, things I can overlook. The pizza chef, who I believe is also the owner, feels like the CEO of the largest company in the world.

01/10/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. In addition to the Diavola pizza, we also ordered two Margherita pizzas: all had watery tomato sauce, so much so that it dripped over everything and made it impossible to eat. The mozzarella, of poor quality, wasn't even melted even though the pizzas were hot. The Diavola pizza was extremely salty, practically inedible, and the dough underneath was burned on all three pizzas. I've never eaten such a poorly made pizza. When you make pizza, you also think about children eating it: you can't give something like that to a child. I don't understand all these positive reviews: I actually trusted them. My son wanted pizza, and our favorite pizzeria was closed, so I chose this pizzeria based on the good reviews... but it was a huge disappointment...

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and were truly satisfied! The wild boar ragù was excellent, and the truffle escalope was delicious. The atmosphere is very refined and original, with vintage motorcycles and cars providing a stunning backdrop. There's plenty of space both inside and out, and it's excellent value. Definitely a place to recommend, and we'll gladly return!

14/10/2025: Not disastrous, but disappointing. I've tried many Roman restaurants in Milan, but this one didn't satisfy me for the following reasons: Let's start with the food, the most important part: the cacio e pepe, which tastes decidedly too soft and delicate compared to what you'd expect from a cacio e pepe. Other typical pasta dishes come with guanciale (cured pork cheek) only as a topping, so while tasty, it's tough and disconnected from the rest of the dish. Finally, the desserts are mostly frozen, and looking at them from the refrigerator (in the middle of the room) they weren't very inviting. Let's move on to the rest. Many of the tables inside have beautiful antique benches, but they're definitely too close together. The staff immediately became excessively annoyed that we were slightly moving the bench at the (empty) table next to ours to sit down. Overall, the service was quick but not very friendly, sometimes surly for no apparent reason. Finally, I'd like to imagine it was an unlucky day, but during lunch, the power kept going out, which made the experience less pleasant for us customers and made the staff even more nervous. As mentioned, not terrible, but not up to par and with a lot to fix given the strong competition in the city.

18/10/2025: The restaurant is run by young people, clean and well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. If you go on Sunday, my advice is to book. We had a great meal: porcini mushroom ravioli, cappellacci with burrata and truffle, grilled meat, gratinated vegetables, dessert, water, wine, and coffee. For three of us, we spent €97. I was satisfied and will definitely return.

24/08/2025: A very nice and typical Carpegna restaurant, the room is very welcoming and you can also eat outside, the staff is very kind and attentive to the customer and makes you feel at home, the dishes are very delicious and all the products are fresh. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: Pasta is fresh and very nice but all in all the flavors are muted in every dish. Went with a party of 4 and tried 4 very different dishes, the ravioli was the most flavorful, everything else was nice but bland. Does have a fleamarket (we went on a sunday) right next to it, nice to spend your waiting time because the service is sloooooow.

22/08/2025: Stayed a few days, August 15th, relaxing place for those who want to get away, comfortable and very clean rooms, everything taken care of down to the smallest details. The beauty of getting up in the morning with the fresh air, taking a walk among the animals and talking to those who work there, simple and kind people. The owners and their children are friendly and helpful, we will definitely return!

03/08/2025: A surprise!!! We stayed one night for a technical stopover and this property was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was truly perfect. The new, large, clean, and quiet rooms. We also had dinner and chose a full evening menu. Everything was tasty and the portions generous. The appetizers were superb. We were already full from the appetizers. Beautiful location. We'll definitely return and stay a few more days.
