The food was AMAZING and the prices very reasonable, we did have a bit of trouble communicating in english with the staff but they tried their best to help us. We would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic pizza and very friendly staff! We unfortunately had to take the pizza to go instead of eating in, but that wasn't a problem at all. I highly recommend the pizza; it was one of the best we had on our trip through Italy.

Average restaurant, good quality food, just a little small in portions. Only two meatballs in sauce on the plate and about 70 grams of spaghetti. The portion of eggplant parmigiana, eaten with excellent bread, was excellent.

We received excellent service; I always pay attention to it, it's very important to me. They made us feel very comfortable, and the food was homemade, delicious, and the portions were generous. Plus, the restaurant was very quiet. I hope to return to Salerno and have the opportunity to dine at this restaurant again.

23/03/2026: I'd been wanting to visit the Sinodo restaurant for a while. I took the opportunity to take a Sunday morning stroll through the Vallo della Lucania market and a stroll around the center. We chose the menu of the day: fusilli with Cilento ragù, pork loin stuffed with potatoes, and strawberries with cream. It cost €20 per person, excluding drinks and table service. Everything was excellent. Thank you for your kindness. The restaurant is new and well-kept, spotlessly clean, and the à la carte menu is reasonably priced. A great find. We'll be back...and I recommend it.

24/06/2026: Gluten free pizza was next level fantastic!! Legit crust, sauce was delicious! Very friendly servers, highly recommend!
15/06/2026: Trust me as a celiac im always worried about eating in restaurants well let me tell you this restaurant is celiac friendly. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free and everything I had was delicious. The food was so good that we went back 4 times over our 2 week stay in Salerno. They have a dedicated kitchen for gluten free meals so it’s safe. I had pizza, fries, stuffed squid and on our last night a fried fish and seafood platter which was delicious. Our waiter Ahmed was incredibly nice and friendly and made sure my meal was safe. Thank you Ahmed for the great service
