19/05/2025: Excellent aperitif, the price of the drink includes the aperitif plate with a mini sandwich, half a sandwich and a piece of focaccia with mortadella. You can also choose other appetizers from the menu. Wide range of drinks, both classic and more particular ones. The place is very particular and welcoming, with tables outside. The staff is friendly. Highly recommended for an aperitif

12/05/2025: Aperitif with friends, very fast service and plentiful and good food! We were outside, the only flaw was the music was too loud to the point that we couldn't hear each other.

13/06/2025: Unfortunately they are unable to maintain high standards, returning other times you notice that the attention to the customer seems to be declining and the final judgment can only take this into account. The tendency to offer rustici and reheated focaccia has increased and it is done even if the customer explicitly does not like it and makes it known when ordering.

10/06/2025: Best bakery in Sicily! We went to the bakery today and bought two different types of bread. When we tried it in the camper van, we were so delighted by the incredible taste that we bought another loaf for the next few days. It's delicious!!! Definitely shop there. And they even gave us some pastries to try. So nice!

05/05/2025: In a side street of the pedestrian area in the center (corner of Via Galileo Galilei Via Castelfidardo) in San Benedetto del Tronto there is this historic artisanal ice cream shop where they make the best ice cream in the city. For me and my wife it is a fixed appointment, a vast variety of flavours, each one better than the next, from classics to new ones, particular and always delicious where every single flavor stands out and the quality and freshness of the raw material is recognised, the place is small and impeccably clean and organised, the girls very cute, they manage everything with extreme attention, kindness and professionalism, friendly and above all always smiling. I recommend this ice cream shop to anyone who wants to delight in truly good ice cream made to perfection, for us the best ice cream shop ever.

02/08/2025: Excellent Roman pizza: thin, crispy, dry, and well-topped. The fried foods are excellent; the original kataifi are highly recommended. Friendly staff. An absolutely basic place, inside a residence: You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.

23/08/2025: It was a pleasure to reunite with the team at La Favorita, which unfortunately closed two years ago. The menu is always excellent, with the ever-present and irreplaceable raw fish. The new terrace setting is modern and refined. The wine list and service are impeccable. We've missed Luca and his team, and we can't wait to return. The prices are commensurate with the quality of the food and service.

23/08/2025: Pagoda Restaurant was recently taken over by Luca, who we already knew from his previous management of a restaurant on the lido where we frequented for decades, and his touch is immediately evident. Our dinner exceeded every expectation with impeccable service and top-notch cuisine. The freshness of the fish is undeniable, with dishes that showcase the flavors of the sea in surprising ways. Recommended for those seeking a superior culinary experience in a welcoming and refined seaside setting.

02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people, in fact, there were few occupied tables. Despite this, I was served a first and only appetizer (Goma Wakame) 5 minutes after ordering, but subsequently both I and my table mates were served half an hour later, perhaps even more! It is unacceptable. All for simple appetizers (the filled ravioli arrived after half an hour, in fact, but for the subsequent courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). Once the appetizers were finished, we received some nighiri which to define as COLD is an understatement (in fact they seemed to have come out of the freezer...). They were inedible. The rest was sufficient/fair, something good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until 1 year ago it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the last experience I had to change my mind. Terrible service and sufficient quality (maybe not even). €25 wasted.. I hope it was a random disservice, but this was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave him a new and nicer review, but we definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, with attention to detail and prepared with quality ingredients. The environment is intimate, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Without a doubt the udon - warm, enveloping, just the right amount of flavour. A real treat. It's the classic place you willingly return to, because you know it will never disappoint you.

18/08/2025: I really like Samer's Kebab. I definitely find it tasty, with good-quality meat and a fairly meticulous presentation. The staff is welcoming. They regularly issue receipts even if you pay in cash (which isn't always a given in restaurants). The interior is nice, but perhaps the exterior could be improved. Four well-deserved stars.

05/07/2025: Questa sera abbiamo provato, dopo una ricerca sui social, questo ristorante. Un’esperienza sublime. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza dalla sig.ra Marianna che ci ha consigliato un menù degustazione per farci provare le prelibatezze che il marito prepara, è stato davvero un ottima scelta. Quando ci hanno servito il dolce che dire abbiamo fatto il bis troppo buona quella crostatina con crema di limone e caffè. E’ stata una scoperta bellissima per le nostre serate a Capri. 15/08/2025: Trattoria Caprese was honestly the worst food I’ve had in Italy. The pasta tasted horrible, the pizza was soggy with zero flavor. It felt like they used the cheapest ingredients possible. Tomatoes with no flavour(tasted like plastic) For the prices they charge, this was honestly unacceptable. I wish I went to McDonalds instead. I regret eating there and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
