The pizza is truly excellent, as are the restaurant's main dishes and desserts, which always surprise with their quality and flavor. The service is attentive and friendly. 03/09/2025: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a completely different atmosphere than in the photos. The music was pink, kitsch, banal, and terrible. It all felt like a tourist trap. At the door, the waiter greeted us while fiddling with his phone. We greeted him, but he saw we weren't Italian and continued to look at his phone. We stood at the entrance for five minutes and no one spoke to us. So we left.

I will never forget this place and the taste of pizza, which they also make a little faster than they expect. They said it would take about 10-15 minutes, and I got 5-7. 01/07/2025: We stayed here for one night. The rooms were nice and air-conditioned. The complex as a whole is very nice, with a huge parking lot. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open that evening, so we didn't get to enjoy the often-praised cuisine. The breakfast was good.

06/09/2025: First of all, we had a pleasant six-night stay as a family; overall, we had no problems. I'd like to thank the hotel staff. Regarding the hotel, we chose this hotel because we had business in the Prato area. The location is quite good, 20-30 minutes from Florence and about an hour's drive from most important sites in Tuscany. So, if you're traveling in the region, the location is excellent. In terms of hotel service, it offers a full four-star rating. If the hotel were renovated, it could even earn five stars. The hotel overall is a curious mix of new and old materials. The Italian motto of "if it works, keep using it" is evident. Some things are very new, others are ridiculously old. It's clear they've replaced it as pieces broke down. So, there are at least 20-year-old fluorescent lights, motion sensors, curtains, and air conditioning remotes, but the TVs, faucets, beds, linens, and most of the bathroom are new. The hotel has a strange feel, but as I said, there are no problems with the service and operation. The hotel's amenities are fully equipped, including dental kit, hotel slippers, and a minibar. The cleanliness is incredibly good. Many compliments to the lady who cleaned our room; she made it spotless every day and was very attentive. The breakfast is very good, and the hotel restaurant is generally good, and you can choose to have lunch or dinner. The prices and quality are good. Parking is easy; there's free parking in front and left, and there's also a covered parking garage for €7 per day. There's a Locarto and Enterprise office inside, and you can rent a car. There's a beautiful outdoor pool and sunbathing area, which unfortunately we couldn't use due to the weather and the rush. Like its name, we loved the artistic paintings and objects. Now, my criticisms: our room definitely needed a fresh coat of paint. There's a coffee maker in the room, but a kettle would have been better. The security of the room doors is unsettling; they open with just a slight shoulder movement. There's no complimentary complimentary water in the room. The room thermostats are very old and need replacing; we couldn't adjust the temperature. In fact, a general renovation is really needed. Everything in the rooms is functional and meets every need, but we felt a bit strange there. This isn't the hotel's fault, but there's a serious mosquito problem in the area. Be careful. The hotel has placed mosquito repellent in every room. The hotel is trying to combat this, but the municipality clearly isn't. The area is generally struggling. Other than these minor suggestions, as I said, the hotel is very good. For the price and performance, you can choose it with peace of mind. I thank the entire team for their attentiveness. I will definitely choose this place when I return.

22/08/2025: The restaurant is perfectly managed, with a very attentive staff. Fresh ingredients and colorful, varied dishes, an excellent selection. Super-fair prices. A typical local restaurant. Excellent meat, and if you're vegan, the staff always tries to accommodate you.

20/08/2025: We visited this restaurant and had a wonderful time. The place has a slightly old-world feel, with lots of wood and frescoes on the ceiling that make it truly quaint and refined. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The service is excellent: the lady who runs it with her husband is exquisite, very kind, and very helpful. The food is authentic and tasty, from the Piedmontese appetizers to the main courses. I tried the Gorgonzola and fig risotto and it was truly delicious. A place I absolutely recommend!

26/07/2025: A truly beautiful and special place. High-quality products, extraordinary food, and the service was incredibly friendly. A wonderful and perfect experience, worth repeating. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even with small children. We stopped by chance, as we were passing through, but we'll definitely be back.

25/08/2025: For those who know how hard it is to find good gluten-free and lactose-free pizza, this is a local favorite. Donna Luisella made the right choice in investing in a double oven and the option to order pizzas for intolerances. The result? Delicious pizza in every way. I highly recommend it and encourage everyone to try it. The only drawback: the lack of a dedicated space, and the fact that it's a takeout only option—it would have been nice to be able to sit down and eat a super-delicious pizza right out of the oven!

Il posto è sempre pulito e bello, ho ritrovato il giovane personale che con cura e attenzione ci ha seguito durante la cena. È di certo il mio locale preferito ad Agnone e spero di ritornare presto per il pranzo. Lo consiglio sinceramente
