Absolutely perfect!
In the dishes savored you can see a true passion for our cuisine.
The food is of the highest quality, and the owner and other figures show a courtesy and attention to customers that is nothing short of exceptional.
Speaking of the cleanliness of the place, excellent hygiene can be seen both on the material and structural side and on the kitchen side, consequently the service is no exception.
From an architectural point of view it has a very simple but at the same time artistic taste, a rustic but refined and well-calibrated environment.
No less important is to note that you can choose between indoors or outside (pleasant, tasteful and ventilated even in terrible external conditions).

In summary we have everything excellent and perfectly in order with friendly staff who are attentive to the customer's needs with great humanity; everything ends in wonder with a place that makes everyone feel at ease.
The products are exceptional and you can feel the authenticity.

31/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I have been a customer for years, a promoter of the venue on a large scale given my profession as a property manager and manager of personal accommodation facilities on site and several others around Ortigia and the city.
However, this was not enough to have a very simple and well-paid service, namely that of taking away pizzas with wholemeal/semi-wholemeal dough as my mother, seriously ill, had expressed the desire for a good pizza on Plan B.
The response from one of the staff was: "I'm sorry but we don't do takeaway pizza with wholemeal or semi-wholemeal dough!"
Although I had replied that due to my mother's serious pathology she could only eat that, their "kindness" ends with a contemptuous "NO" directly from the owner, who I would like to point out knows me as a regular visitor and admirer of his restaurant .
Naturally, not only will I no longer set foot on public land on the external veranda, but I will stop sending friends and various tourists staying in my facilities, even if it were the last pizzeria open in the area.
Zero humanity and zero respect have always led me to despise local pseudo-entrepreneurs who proclaim themselves starred chefs and impose stupid and harmful internal rules, disrespecting those who have contributed to their miserable growth over the years.
NB: crustless pizzas have recently become well-seasoned shoe soles

28/08/2024: Very good pizza dough and quality ingredients to season the pizzas, but used in not excessive quantities. Pleasant environment, convenient location, but in an area that is too busy in summer. The service definitely needs to be reviewed as it was definitely too slow. Very high bill for what we ate.

10/06/2024: My favorite bakery near the Vatican. Top for me is their focaccia and margherita. The round pizzas are also worth a try. During the Carnival period, the chiacchiere are also worth trying. Maybe not cheap, but definitely worth a try.

03/09/2024: Siamo ritornati dopo averlo provato una prima volta l’anno precedente, ho avuto il piacere di mangiare un piatto di pesce crudo e da seguire una pasta con le vongole mentre la mia compagna si è concessa un trancio di tonno con cipolle caramellate burrata, tutto ottimo compresa location e conto!

Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di crudo di mare squisito e un trancio di tonno con burrata e cipolle caramellate divino.
La cura per il cliente è stata molto attenta a tutte le esigenze.

19/08/2024: I have often come to eat here, although at the beginning I found it good but these last few times it was the opposite. Slow and not at all friendly service. We waited half an hour for the pizzas. I asked for meat with grilled vegetables (not specified which ones) which did not arrive and so I had to request and when I went to pay not only did they make me pay 3.50 but with €2 more because for them it was as if I had chosen them . Incredible.
13/08/2024: I went here with my family and friends, and I must say that I am not satisfied.
the food is undercooked and therefore not very tasty. we asked for water, oil and salt but even after requesting it, nothing arrived... disappointment!!

30/06/2024: I love ice cream and as much as I can I review the ice cream shops that have most impressed me. I was in Alassio last week with my family and despite some health problems, I managed to find this ice cream shop that offered flavors (not just fruit) without lactose!
Competent and friendly staff! Super ice cream!! The hazelnut flavor is super recommended!! ☀️ See you soon!

07/08/2024: 4 stars out of 5. Beach establishment with swimming pool and a good restaurant directly on the beach. Good food . Ready and kind staff. Prices in line with other local restaurants. I would recommend more attention to equipment details. Paper tablecloth held down with clothespins that slip away and cause inconvenience. Better not to put them at all... the best dish? An appetizer based on shellfish and squid with raw vegetables, seasonal salad and dressing. Really good.
22/07/2024: As an expert Maps reviewer, I had the pleasure of spending a day at Bagno Elena, a beach club in Torre del Lago.
Experience: Being a weekday in July, I decided to go to Bagno Elena without a reservation, confident of finding a place. Unfortunately, due to the disproportionate increase in parking prices and the many empty competitor bathrooms, the establishment was full. However, the manager, with a friendly smile, offered me a seat on the terrace.
Facilities and services: From first glance, I was struck by the cleanliness and order of Bagno Elena. The establishment offers all the services you can expect from a quality lido: large spaces, comfortable sunbeds, well-spaced umbrellas, impeccable showers and toilets. Furthermore, there is a bar restaurant with excellent quality products (which I will review separately) and a beautiful swimming pool.
A plus for the environment: I particularly appreciate the region's commitment to the environment, in fact the showers have been removed. Bagno Elena is one of the few establishments to have had its water analyzed in order to offer its customers a footwash with clean water.
Final thoughts: Despite the small initial inconvenience, my experience at Bagno Elena was truly positive. The establishment offers an oasis of relaxation a stone's throw from the sea, with quality services and particular attention to the environment.
I highly recommend Bagno Elena to all those looking for a place to spend a day at the beach in the name of comfort and well-being.
