04/11/2025: The Manager was fantastic. Our kids are 3y and 1y old and we were there quite late at around 7pm. He was very patient. He brought some colour pens and papers for the kids to keep them happy and made space on our table for some of our toys. We ordered our food and he said they will prepare the food for the kids first and once they are ready, they will start with ours so that we have some time to feed pur kids first. That was not only nice but also very caring. The food quality was very good, the portions were great and filled us pretty well and also the desert was absolutely awesome. Normally people want to sell as much as possible but the manager was different. When we ordered desert, he recommended to order one first because it might be too much and once we think we can make the second it won‘t take long. Bur also all other staff was vedy friendly and helpful. I don‘t know many places where people are so passionate in their job. Absolutely recommendable.

The atmosphere is rustic and very cozy, nestled amidst beautiful apple orchards. A perfect place to unwind. The food is excellent – ​​honest, hearty South Tyrolean cuisine that always tastes great. But what makes this place truly unforgettable is the hospitality: The service is warm and friendly. Chef Christian deserves special mention; he's truly one of a kind! His energetic and warm personality creates a personal and unbeatable atmosphere. In short: A must-visit in Nals! We always love coming back for the fantastic food and the unique hospitality.

09/12/2025: A very welcoming, refined, yet affordable restaurant. The cuisine is truly superb, with a constantly changing and unique menu. For lunch, it offers an appetizer and a first course, usually featuring fish and meat options. The dishes are meticulously prepared, elegant, and flavorful... the chef truly knows his stuff. It's located on the main road in Casale Corte Cerro (VB).

21/10/2025: We already knew it was a "special" place, but the fact that over time everything was only amplified was pure magic. A small, well-kept space, where the feeling upon entering is like stepping back in time. Checkered tablecloths, sparkling glasses, and meticulously ironed and folded napkins... Saturday evening: no menu, just Tony's expert explanation, detailing the two types of menus, meat or fish. Homemade bread, no pre-packaged or processed products, just the mastery of the chef kneading and baking amazing bread. A "small" space with soft lighting, a few tables, and only the energy and knowledge of the raw materials behind each dish he presented to us. We were six friends, and each of us replied: this deserves to be in the top five of places to eat well in the area. Reservations are recommended; in fact, I highly recommend booking and spending a wonderful evening with your friends, because in addition to Tony, his wife will be there to welcome you, and with her sweetness and infinite patience, she will accompany you on this culinary journey. 10 stars!!! 09/12/2025: I stumbled upon this little gem completely by chance, and it ended up being one of those delightful surprises that instantly elevates your day. The place was bustling with people, clearly a favorite among locals and visitors alike, and after eating there, it was easy to see why. Their made-to-order panini were outstanding—packed with incredibly fresh ingredients and assembled with real care. Each bite felt vibrant, flavorful, and genuinely satisfying. I carried my panini outside and enjoyed it by the sea, taking in the sparkling water and the gentle breeze. With a couple of spritzer drinks in hand, the whole moment felt relaxed, refreshing, and unexpectedly perfect. It was a memorable stop, and without a doubt, a place I’d return to in a heartbeat.

08/12/2025: I've known the Dolomiti Superski area for over 40 years, and I know all the mountain huts as well as the slopes, but what I experienced at Incisa was truly amazing – no one in the area can hold a candle to Incisa, and I don't just mean that. 100% cleanliness in the restrooms, the restaurant, on the tables and terrace, highly recommended and top-quality food with wonderful presentation, attention to detail everywhere you look, an enviable service team where the girls always have a smile on their faces (a rare commodity these days), super professional, smartly dressed, dedicated, and an extremely likeable and friendly young hut owner with whom you can chat about anything and everything – there's no topic this man doesn't know something about. My wife and I had some very pleasant and constructive conversations with him, and the time flew by… Hats off and full respect, dear Steven! We look forward to welcoming you back in January, Regina and Franz from Stuttgart 🤗

05/11/2025: Inspired by the excellent reviews, my wife and I, along with three other couples, decided to try this establishment on a beautiful August day. As soon as we entered, we noticed the excellent cleanliness and meticulously maintained environment, along with the great passion that the young and friendly staff puts into offering top-quality dishes, accompanied by a carefully selected and exquisite wine list for every taste. Even the layout of the bathrooms on the ground floor is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. What we appreciated most, however, was the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the young owner, who advised us on dishes and wines to pair, followed by an endless variety of amazing desserts. He was a kind-hearted, very friendly, and above all knowledgeable person, who gave us tips on various itineraries, excursions, and special places to visit in the coming days. What can I say? A unique experience that we will now repeat regularly on our holidays in Corvara, both summer and winter. Thank you so much, Steven, and a special greeting to you and all the staff. We had a wonderful time, Sergio.

25/07/2025: Strategic location on the slopes with breathtaking mountain views. We ate lunch at the chalet for a whole week. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was friendly and fast. The owner was the real asset, knowing how to entertain guests with kindness, constancy, and cheerfulness.

10/12/2025: It would have been 6 stars if possible. Excellent bread, tasty meat, balanced flavors and adequate portions, cheerful, fast and helpful staff, beautiful location and warm owner, highly recommended. The "Italian Burger" sandwich and the homemade mascarpone dessert are highly recommended. It's also a great place for families, with a play area for children.

08/12/2025: I went there with friends after an evening of beach tennis at the adjacent establishment. Excellent burger, nice girl serving us, but... €23.50 for: a burger with fries (€17), a medium Coke (€4.50), cover charge (€2 for eating on a paper placemat without cutlery, on a veranda with a mushroom). Okay, I chose the most expensive burger on the menu, but still, for a slightly "garnished" burger, it starts at €13-14. €15 for 1.5 hours of beach tennis €23.50 for a burger eaten in 20 minutes Less gourmet, more substance! Our paychecks are anything but gourmet!...

24/11/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant and was very pleased. I tried the pasta e fagioli (pasta and beans) and the tomino in cabbage leaves: everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very nice and refined.
