15/08/2025: We ate here three evenings. The food was excellent, with generous portions, and the value for money was more than good. The decor was rustic, without any frills. We'd go back anytime.

23/07/2025: Passing by, I ordered a pizza and a drink "on the go," meaning I was in a hurry. The service was prompt and accurate, and the bill was fair. The pizza was easy to digest, with good ingredients, and tasty. The atmosphere was casual, with fast and helpful staff.

05/08/2025: Quiet area, always friendly staff, excellent panoramic location. A must-try, highly recommended for a bit of relaxation.

03/08/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Castelet, with excellent food and a warm welcome from all the staff. The farmhouse is nestled in the Prosecco hills and has beautiful terraces where you can admire the landscape.

01/06/2025: Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, 1 primo, 1 secondo, 1 dolce, vino della casa e 2 caffè x tot € 72. Eccezionale l'antipasto di carne salata su sfoglia, ottimo l'abbinamento di sapori e la qualità del prodotto. Molto buono il primo piatto (tagliatelle alla trota affumicata e arancia), ma un pochino scarso nella quantità, molto buono anche il secondo (hamburger su letto di cavolo rosso). Ci tengo a evidenziare che la cura nell'impiattamento ci ha sorpreso, ogni piatto soddisfa palato, occhi e cuore. Questo livello di qualità e cura nella preparazione dei cibi denota una vera passione da parte dei proprietari. Lo consiglio vivamente!

13/05/2025: Posto da favola... il posto ideale per chi vuole mangiare prodotti di altissima qualità in un posto semplicemente fantastico immerso nella natura! I titolari e il personale sono persone fantastiche pronte a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza!!! Da provare assolutamente!!!!! Esperienza unica!!

22/04/2025: Seit Jahren besuchen wir immer wieder die Pizzeria Colibri, wenn wir zu einem Kurzaufenthalt in der Region Comer See sind. Auch diesmal wurden wir mit sher gutem Essen und Freundlichkeit bestens bewirtet. Wieder einmal ein Höhepunkt - die Penne Arrabiata. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Stop.

20/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua al Colibrì. Cibo molto buono con delle fantastiche penne saporite e una buonissima pizza Margherita. Personale come sempre molto simpatico e accogliente. Noi andiamo al Colibrì durante le festività da 5 anni circa, ed è stato sempre il nostro punto di riferimento per Natale, Pasqua... Ci vediamo presto!

26/04/2025: La migliore cena di tutta la nostra esperienza in Toscana in questo locale a conduzione famigliare!! Dopo molti tentativi siamo riusciti a ritrovare la passione e genuinità in un ristorante! LOCALE TIPICO, cucina casereccia e tutto km0 con un ottima selezione di vini LOCALI! Lucia è l’anima del locale, bravissima e preparata. Molto gentile ed ottima consigliatrice!! Sicuramente torneremo!

16/04/2025: Conosciamo questo ristorante ormai da tempo e non ha mai tradito le nostre aspettative. Personale gentile e disponibile, piatti ottimi dall'antipasto al dolce. Per chi ama la cucina tradizionale toscana è un appuntamento da non perdere assolutamente, soprattutto per i tortelli fatti a mano che riportano ai veri sapori di un tempo. Bravi, continuate così!

16/08/2025: The waitress was incredibly rude, with her white hair swapped around. Plus, the pizza was awful. Go to the pizzeria next door, it's on another level.

10/08/2025: We went here for pizza. Perhaps our expectations were too high, but it wasn't anything special, perhaps because mine was still a little undercooked; it was still springy, but the toppings were good and plentiful. The place is beautiful, right on the seafront, across from the Fungo di Lacco Ameno restaurant. A note on the price of the drinks, which seemed really excessive to me, as well as the €3 cover charge for cutlery and a paper napkin.

18/08/2025: The cheesecake was delicious, but it was a shame we were told to take it out of the fridge for half an hour, and this was the result. It completely melted, and we made a fool of ourselves in front of our guests.

08/09/2025: The perfect break during boring competitions, right next to the poletten track😼😼 The ice creams were very, very good! Plenty of choices, special mention to the ice cream and the brioche, it was very good The prices may be a little high, but the products seem to be of good quality!

28/03/2025: Dopo una passeggiata nella cittadina di Fiera di Primiero, abbiamo deciso di fermarci presso questo locale consigliato da amici, scelta ottima. Abbiamo gustato la loro specialità( patata ripiena), degli hamburgher vegetali e con carne fatti con ottimi prodotti di qualità, accompagnati da vino e birre molto buone. Consigliato.

16/03/2025: Visto più volte passando di corsa , finalmente ho avuto il tempo di fermarmi per un pranzo veloce , e gustare la carne proposta . Che dire , se non bravi , perchè il posto è piccolino ma molto curato con arredo vintage , perchè la proposta di carne locale , ma di alta qualità si è sentita , perchè tutti fanno la solita banale cucina tradizionale trentina , e qui invece per me era una novità sia per la proposta sia per la qualità , perchè una novità se non gestita con passione diventa una novità commerciale e finisce li . bravi , giovani , disponibili e gentili .

10/08/2025: Small but welcoming environment, impeccable service and honestly a top pizza with affordable prices. If I return to Naples it is definitely a stop I cannot miss.

21/08/2025: The service was spartan and a bit lazy on a rainy day, but the food was excellent. There's not much better in Collalbo. A solid choice.
