05/08/2025: We loved this all-you-can-eat restaurant. They serve classic sushi and maki, but also some equally excellent originals. Go there with your eyes closed.

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, our experience at this pizzeria was disappointing, especially regarding the service. We had made a reservation well in advance, yet despite this, we were seated over an hour late. No convincing explanation, no adequate apology. Once seated, the wait continued: the service was extremely slow and disorganized, with the staff visibly overwhelmed by the situation. The overall presentation of the restaurant and the dishes did nothing to make up for the unnerving wait and the feeling of being neglected. It's unacceptable to treat customers who had made advance arrangements this way. It's a shame, because we had come with very different expectations.

09/08/2025: What can I say, so much! I live just 5 minutes from Fusorari and I'd never been there—a huge mistake! The food is truly delicious, the accompanying cocktails are delicious, and above all, the menu offers a wide variety of choices from all over the world, with a wide variety of influences. The portions are generous, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!

26/07/2025: An excellent culinary experience, from the cod fritters to the spring rolls, and the amazing basmati rice. All topped off with friendly service and a side dish (Modena's city center) that's truly captivating. The fair price caps off an excellent dinner.

17/07/2025: I returned unaware of the change in management and, therefore, philosophy. As many have pointed out, it would be better to change the name and decor to better reflect the spirit of the place. That said, the osteria is good. I had a parmigiana as an appetizer, which I enjoyed, and the first course wasn't bad either, although I personally found the fettuccine a bit undercooked al dente. I also ordered a decaf and a lightly sparkling water, all for €30. Thanks to the fact that there weren't many people there, I was served quickly and warmly by the current owner, who asked if I was enjoying the food and offered advice.

05/07/2025: We were very satisfied with the genuineness of the ingredients used to prepare the requested first courses. Very friendly and helpful owner who made us taste the porchetta made by them with excellent potatoes and rosemary from the garden baked in the oven. To finish, homemade limoncello... delicious!!!

30/07/2025: The name says it all: SMIC – Flavors, Raw Materials, Quality Ingredients, and Care. And indeed, every detail confirms it. The products are extremely fresh, carefully selected, and the care with which they are prepared and served makes every customer feel special. 🥰🥰

14/07/2025: Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights. The place is beautiful, the welcome was warm and welcoming, and we were provided with everything we needed. Breakfast was top-notch. Don't expect a luxury resort, but a beautiful place with everything you need for a wonderful and enjoyable vacation. And the dinner was spectacular: authentic Umbrian home cooking, handmade pasta, vegetables from the garden, and so much courtesy and kindness. We'll definitely be back. A strategic location for visiting art cities; we've been to Gubbio and Perugia, which were beautiful.

09/07/2025: I've been going there for years and always find excellent, plentiful food at reasonable prices, a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, a quiet setting surrounded by nature, impeccable service, and above-average cleanliness and hospitality. I recommend everyone to visit; it's worth it.
