27/11/2025: Today for the first time we had lunch with spaghetti allo scoglio and lasagna, everything was excellent, the friendliness was excellent.
24/09/2025: We ordered a paella for two to take away (€13 each), and I highly recommend it! It was hearty, rich, and flavorful, and the food was top-notch. We'll be back for the fritto misto, which is also delicious. Affordable prices, excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

14/11/2025: I recently had the opportunity to have lunch at Trattoria Dal Barbuto, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The quality of the ingredients and the cooking methods are the restaurant's true strengths, making it a must-try for those seeking authenticity and flavor.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very attentive: as a tourist, I appreciated their suggestions for typical Sicilian dishes, especially those from Catania.
The table service is impeccable, attentive to detail, and always punctual.
A trattoria that truly deserves to be considered a benchmark for Catania's dining scene. Highly recommended!

It offers a few variations compared to other Indian restaurants in Genoa; it's definitely worth a try! The cooking and flavors are perfect. There's also a wide selection of vegetarian dishes. I really enjoyed the shrimp kurma and the chicken with spinach, the name of which I can't remember. The vegetables were also excellent and well-balanced. The naan, served hot and with a variety of options, paired perfectly with the dishes.

Decent staff.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the gelato: limited flavors available, both with and without lactose. The base is good, but the flavor goes largely unnoticed.
31/08/2025: High-quality gelato, evident in the quality of the ingredients used to create the different flavors.
I particularly appreciate the fruit pieces or the biscuit in the cheesecake flavor.

08/12/2025: Extremely difficult to reach, with a bumpy road. A possible option if you decide to walk there, but avoid it in winter if you care about your car. The sun never shines on that side of the hill during this time of year.
25/10/2025: A lovely, cozy agriturismo, decidedly out of the way in a beautiful setting. However, I expected more in terms of flavor enhancement, especially in the appetizer; the vinegar covered all the delicate flavors. The full menu costs around €45-48, with an appetizer and a first course and dessert around €30. The first and second courses were good. On the downside, they served us a platter of cold desserts straight from the fridge. Finally, I would have appreciated a free grappa, which is what practically all agriturismos do.
