20/07/2025: Returning to Up Ristorante Enoteca in Velletri after about two years was a very pleasant surprise. I'd been frequenting the place after dinner since 2015. Well... returning was better than I remembered. The place is becoming more and more refined, year after year. You can see a constant improvement in the attention to detail and the elegance of the atmosphere. The welcome was warm from the first moment: they escorted us to the aperitif area and served us bubbles with homemade appetizers, including breadsticks and a freshly baked focaccia—delicious! A gesture that really struck me was the staff physically opening the menu for you and handing it to you: it's a rare touch these days, but it conveys a sincere care for the guest. The same goes for the bubbles or even the water: they serve it to you, opening the bottle at the table and pouring the first glass for everyone at the table. Details, yes... but they say so much. The table was set with taste and attention: a simple but clean table setting, and a third chair to put bags or coats. A rare touch that I greatly appreciated. We ordered an appetizer and a first course: the service was very quick, and the dishes were generous and of high quality. You could really tell the ingredients were carefully selected. The staff is competent, kind, and attentive. There's a rare continuity, because many of the staff have been working there for years, and you can sense how much they care. They're ready to listen to any feedback and welcome you with a smile. We didn't order dessert just because we were full... but we'll definitely be back for that too!

08/09/2025: Dinner featuring fish and vegetable appetizers, desserts, and excellent wine. Fresh, top-quality fish with excellent pairings. Beautiful and well-maintained location, very friendly owner.

26/08/2025: A lunch of fish and vegetable appetizers. Everything was well prepared, with great effort to ensure the perfect temperature for so many courses, but Chef Adamo Sacco proved himself to be an expert in his craft. He is skilled at tastefully pairing the Apulian sea and its surrounding lands. Be warned, his entrees are a carousel of multiple courses that can satisfy your appetite. Brilliant for those who want to share time with friends and family. A romantic outdoor space during the summer. Now, with the fish ban in September, he says there will be some great meat surprises. Unfortunately, we won't be there to taste them. Best of luck with the meat menu, and hopefully see you soon.

01/10/2025: A simple excursion, requiring nothing special except for the obvious. The view is very pleasant, and Mr. Simone's service is friendly and helpful. The cuisine is well-prepared, clean, and of good quality, and the price is fair and reasonable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet escape from the daily grind. There are rooms available for those interested, but I can't provide any information. Best regards, everyone.

14/10/2025: Mediocre Overall Impression Let's start with the positives. The restrooms were clean, the portion sizes were perfectly fine, and my friend was very happy with his pizza. Nevertheless, I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. The food was served at different times, so we had to eat separately. It wasn't very busy when we were there. My friend was almost finished with his pizza when my primi piatti finally arrived. Furthermore, his knife was so blunt that he couldn't even begin to cut his pizza. On top of that, my meat for the secondi piatti was only lukewarm when it was served and completely cold by the end. And to top it all off, the service was very poor. The waiter noticed that the table was shaking enormously as he led us to the table, but sat us down anyway and did nothing. The waitress who came later started taking our order, even though I was clearly not finished choosing. She later placed the bread without any eye contact or a "please" or "prego." ``` Individual errors and problems can never be ruled out. Overall, however, it wasn't enough for me to have a positive overall impression.

09/10/2025: I booked a table for two this evening. The gentleman on the phone wasn't very polite; he actually seemed annoyed, but when we actually arrived at the restaurant, things were completely different. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had spaghetti with clams, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. My girlfriend had tagliolini with vegetables, and I have to say, they were delicious too. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake with a soft center, and it was truly sublime. I think I'll dream about it tonight. Highly recommended. The restaurant's atmosphere was also spectacular, a perfect blend of sophisticated elegance and a homey feel. Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, and I'd give more if I could.

21/08/2025: One of our favorite spota! Was recommended by our pasta teacher and he knows what he is saying. A lot of flavours, some quite unusual, huuge choice of sorbets. Service 10/10, the boy working there has to be everyones mom and grandma favorite

05/09/2025: Enzo Trapani, one of the few cornerstones of the Trapani province, is constantly being made to "disgust" (as they say in our language) due to the rudeness, arrogance, and conceit of his wife and sometimes daughter, thus losing customers who, for generations, starting with my grandfather, have come with great joy to eat his WONDERFUL piadinas. Not only are they losing longtime customers, but, alas, their reputation with the ladies is also going down the drain. P.S. Except for the barista, who is an excellent and easygoing person. I'd add that it's fair to be proud of her husband's success, but, dear lady, you don't know what humility is. I hope you read this and come down from your false pedestal.
