03/11/2025: I've been coming to this place since I was a child.
There's a wide selection of sandwiches and desserts, and each one is made with care and attention to detail, the taste is wonderful.
Excellent value for money!! On this occasion, we celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with 10 people and had a mixed fried appetizer (quatris, fried sage, pulled pork meatballs), a sandwich each, desserts, bitter coffees, and a gin and tonic on the house. To top off the evening, we left the place feeling really full, having spent €35 each.
The staff is super friendly and fun. It's a place where you can come with family or friends for a lovely evening in good company. I recommend it, 10 out of 10.

We went to Ara Marina for an aperitif. The staff were very kind, the platter was excellent, and especially the spritz. The location completed the picture. We'll definitely be back for lunch.

Where do I start, honestly?! Surrounded by their vineyards and olive trees, this place is a restaurant but also a brewery 🍻They produce their own magnificent wine 🍷 and gin! Delicious food 👌🏽The snacks we had were 🔝same as the desserts.
27/08/2025: An excellent spot for an outdoor aperitif or dinner.
Their wines are good (especially the reds), the ribs are excellent, and the wild boar sticks are a must-try.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can purchase their wines, gin, and more directly from their shop.
A must-try if you're in the area for an evening.

A perfect place for lunch or dinner with friends! It's run by young, talented people who are kind and down-to-earth. Highly recommended!

30/11/2025: We were passing through Gorizia and after a few attempts to find a place for dinner, and then a few rejections because it was 9:45 PM, this place told us we could go in, but we needed to get there quickly! We ordered a tasty, slightly spicy goulash and the pork shank covered in a reduction that made it exceptional. Both generously sized dishes were complemented by potatoes that tasted like a cross between baked potatoes and mashed potatoes—I could have eaten two kilos of them! But the real highlight was Tom, the young waiter who exudes zest for life from every pore, a truly efficient and pleasant guy. I definitely recommend stopping there.

11/11/2025: I came here after a very long day travelling through the Dolomites on motorcycle. The restaurant was very cozy and warm. I was greeted by the chef while walking up, and then warmly welcomed by the rest of staff. The food was hearty and revived me after a very intensive day. The staff had a lovely chat with me after my dinner and helped me navigate my route for the next day. Even after the kitchen had closed, they made me some pasta upon request to take home for my early start tomorrow.
It’s these kinds of places that really make you feel welcome in the country - I’m very glad I stumbled upon this restaurant. Special shoutout to the chef, he had a great bubbly personality which uplifted my entire night.

My boyfriend, my friends, and I: the same story every time. Big sandwiches, well-made, that taste like sandwiches, not just marketing. High quality, carefully selected ingredients, and nothing thrown in.
The service is simple and friendly, the place clean and well-kept. A plus is the unusual choices: Mole Cola instead of the usual Coke, and drinks made properly.
It's not a "trendy" place.
It's a place that works.
And for us, that's enough to keep coming back.
14/12/2025: Top-quality ingredients, very fragrant and soft bread, the beef patty could be juicier, the bacon is perfectly crispy, and the sauce blends perfectly with the sandwich. The menu is quite extensive and well-structured.
