Dining in the hills above San Vito di Cadore is an improbable setting; it feels like being in a mountain restaurant, except it's summer and we're on the terrace. The dishes are both simple and very good.

This place is absolutely beautiful, set right in front of the mountains with a cozy, homey vibe. The homemade Italian food was delicious, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We truly received VIP treatment. Highly recommended!

Came here at 8:30pm was very warmly welcomed. Every dish was a big hit my favourite was the deer ragu. The atmosphere and staff was incredible will definitely come again

On vacation, I had dinner on Saturday and Sunday evenings. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The view was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Every time I can I come here to the Ciastel hut for a bit of relaxation, good wine and above all good food... the owners are the best, friendly and efficient 🥰🥰 dishes that meet tradition and innovation

07/08/2026: How can a restaurant even have a view like this??? The food was even all delicious!!! But even if it weren't, it would be worth going just for the view. It's close to Lagazuoi or Cinque Torri, so make sure to visit. It's the best!!!!!!!!
