03/12/2025: What can I say? This type of cuisine isn't really my cup of tea, as I tend to find it a bit bland in flavor. However, I must say that the experience here was pleasant nonetheless. The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, with a modern feel that makes the experience comfortable even for those, like me, who aren't particularly fond of this gastronomic offering. The service is distinguished by its speed and efficiency, qualities that contribute to a smooth visit without unnecessary waiting. The tablet-based ordering option is also interesting, allowing you to leisurely browse the numerous options available and easily and quickly create your own culinary experience. We chose the option that allows you to freely sample a wide variety of dishes, ideal for those who want to explore different flavors without limiting themselves to a single course. I admit that I didn't take photos of everything we tried, because I was so curious to try several dishes in a row that I ended up forgetting, but the overall selection proved to be wide and interesting. While maintaining the typical characteristics of this cuisine, the experience is pleasant, especially for those who appreciate the possibility of variety and trying multiple dishes in a single occasion.

28/11/2025: One of the worst ice cream parlors I've been to in Italy. We didn't like the texture and taste of the ice cream and we also got macarons that were very hard and inedible and were thrown in the trash. The apartments were also not so good, they weren't that nice.

05/11/2025: Cleanliness, hospitality, and quality = professionalism A key ingredient for success. Stefania is a winner and has a very capable manager. What could be improved? The male staff lack empathy for the environment they work in: cold, never smiling, and lacking vivacity. The baristas' attire needs attention. The outside area is a bit cold, in my opinion. I don't remember if it's there, but the door leading to the back of the lab should be closed. I was distracted by Stefania's eyes and smile.

27/11/2025: We had a family dinner. Starting with the location: very beautiful, with an excellent panoramic view, although the interior of the restaurant is less refined than expected. The service is friendly and helpful, with attentive and kind staff. Regarding the menu, I found the offerings lacking coherence: the selection of dishes seemed a bit random and lacked a real common thread from appetizers to first courses and second courses. I would have expected a more defined structure, especially considering the type of cuisine offered and the prices, which are above average. Regarding the execution of the dishes, the technical quality is good but not always excellent. The white truffle pasta, for example, was served lukewarm (I should point out that it was promptly remade); while the tortellini, despite being accompanied by an excellent broth, were, in my opinion, too large and lacking in flavor. You can sense a good focus on the raw materials, but at times the combination of ingredients in the finished dish lacks coherence. I was also somewhat disappointed by the wine selection by the glass, which was very limited and niche, although I did highlight a wide selection of bottled wines. The final bill was €172.50 for three people: one small appetizer, three first courses (with two white truffle dishes accounting for the largest portion), one second course, five glasses of wine, and coffee. In conclusion, I appreciate the restaurant's commitment to offering cuisine based on quality ingredients and creative composition. However, I believe the overall experience didn't quite live up to the expectations raised by the restaurant's presentation.

02/11/2025: I arrived at this osteria expecting simple, traditional dishes, but none of that. The menu had very little choice, and only specialty dishes. I ordered the veal: €22 for a slice that arrived cold, with just a bit of bread and a few spinach leaves. The side dish was baked potatoes (the only side available), €5.50 for eight potatoes. The staff were friendly, but a €4 cover charge for bringing two appetizers seemed absurd. In an osteria, I expect authentic dishes, appropriate portions, and fair prices. I won't be returning: the menu was disappointing and the bill was excessive.

10/12/2025: We stopped by chance, but it was truly a pleasant discovery. The fried egg with delicious truffle, the sublime cacio e pepe, and their flavorful vegetables (I recommend the artichoke alla giudia), and finally their apple pie, served slightly warm, was the perfect way to end the dinner. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: I came in to order 4 takeout pizzas. The nice guy was having trouble with his tablet/PDA, and I repeated the pizza order 3 or 4 times, asking for a patatosa without mozzarella. The guy told the pizza chef that one of them was without mozzarella, and as I watched the pizzas being baked, I asked the pizza chef if he'd made one without mozzarella, and he said, "Yes, sure." They put the pizzas in the box, and before paying, I checked, and they were both patatosas with mozzarella. Since it wasn't just once, but several times, that one was supposed to be the patatosa, and I asked for an explanation, the lady at the cashier also told me to calm down 😡😡. It's okay to make mistakes, but customers need to be taken care of and listened to, even if they're just passing through like me. The 2 euro cover charge for takeout pizzas is a nice way to raise money. You don't pay for boxes for takeout 😉where you go, you do.

03/11/2025: I've been coming to this place since I was a child. There's a wide selection of sandwiches and desserts, and each one is made with care and attention to detail, the taste is wonderful. Excellent value for money!! On this occasion, we celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with 10 people and had a mixed fried appetizer (quatris, fried sage, pulled pork meatballs), a sandwich each, desserts, bitter coffees, and a gin and tonic on the house. To top off the evening, we left the place feeling really full, having spent €35 each. The staff is super friendly and fun. It's a place where you can come with family or friends for a lovely evening in good company. I recommend it, 10 out of 10.
