14/10/2025: The mountain hut is very charming inside, but the outdoor terrace is even more pleasant because it offers a beautiful view. The variety of dishes is good, with generous portions. Typical recipes, some surprisingly unusual, are served. Prices are fair, average. It's worth a stop 😉

31/10/2025: We ate there three times during our week-long camping holiday in Finale Ligure and were always very satisfied. The staff is friendly and the food arrives quite quickly. The desserts are also highly recommended. We will definitely go back. 👍

06/08/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, while walking down a small street. It also offers takeout options. The cuisine is of Ligurian origin (Genoa region), delicious, rich, and original, prepared fresh daily using fresh ingredients. The welcome is warm and friendly. What a wonderful discovery! We'll be back with pleasure.

23/11/2025: We stopped in for lunch today while passing through the area. This place was recommended to us, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Starters included zucchini flan and Fassona beef tartare, followed by Fassona steak and baked potatoes. Everything was excellent, fresh, and expertly cooked, and the price was absolutely right for the quality of the food.

11/10/2025: I went to this particular ice cream shop today and was very disappointed. I'd already tried Romana in Padua, but at other locations, and I was treated with respect. I went there with some friends and got a small cone (€3.50) along with another friend, while all my other friends got the medium and large cones. Everyone was asked: cream, chocolate in the cone, and a cookie on top, while I was only asked about the flavors, in a rather bored manner, making me feel frustrated for having gotten the small cone. I'm very disappointed because the quality of the ice cream is top-notch and I've never found myself in these situations, but being treated this way just doesn't sit well with me.

03/10/2025: Negative experience with the employees and the owner. I visited La Romana gelateria on Corso Milano on May 17, 2025. The place has a confusing layout for lines. While I was waiting my turn, the cashier reprimanded me rudely and impolitely for my position. When I expressed my strong displeasure with the attitude I received, the owner (who was in line ahead of me) intervened, defending the employee rather than apologizing or calling out the staff for their rudeness. I felt treated poorly and humiliated simply because I was dressed "poorly" after an afternoon spent at a friend's house by the pool. The gelato may be good, but in my opinion, there are many small places in Padua where the gelato is decidedly better. At La Romana, I encountered such a level of unprofessionalism and rudeness from the staff and owners that it discourages me from returning, and I am deeply disappointed. I'll just say that rather than going to the store, I prefer to order delivery; I think that says it all. I waited so long to write this review because I wanted to be as objective as possible, but I want to say that this experience upset me, made me feel wronged, and treated unjustifiably.

06/11/2025: A truly exceptional place for an aperitivo. The cocktails are spectacular, made with quality ingredients and impeccably presented. The aperitivo is also excellent: rich, varied, and always accompanied by fresh, tasty ingredients. A special thanks to Matteo, always kind, professional, and attentive to his customers—you can tell he's passionate about what he does. A place you'll want to return to time and time again!
