05/07/2025: Five of us went there twice for dinner, each time making a reservation for the morning. This is especially necessary on weekends. The ambiance in the heart of the old town is great. The service is very good, and we were also impressed by the pizzas. A standard pizza costs 8 to 10 euros. There are also specialty versions (e.g., with truffle), which range from 10 to 16 euros. The waiters all speak good English. We didn't wait long for our food, even though it was full. I can 100% recommend this restaurant!

07/10/2025: Three of us had dinner, which was simply fantastic: the food was truly delicious, with evidently fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the service was extremely friendly and fast. Total, including coffee and a digestif, was €130, about €40 per person. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back. Private parking is available for guests of the Locanda.

26/08/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm very picky when it comes to gelato: this is excellent!! I hadn't been able to eat gelato here until now because of the long lines I've always found outside... Which only piqued my curiosity! They have tons of dairy-free flavors, suitable for vegans and those with intolerances who don't want to give up the taste of excellent gelato ☺️🍦

17/09/2025: Good, light pizza, made with quality ingredients. Wide selection, including organic flours for the dough. Quick and efficient service. Space between tables is limited, but it's still comfortable. Absolutely balanced quality/price ratio. Recommended.

11/10/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, good cuisine that uses almost all home-grown products. Very detailed care is dedicated to each dish. Very kind staff. The bill is not exactly cheap but it can be accepted. The only flaw: we ordered a bottle of wine of a certain vintage and they brought us one of a much more recent vintage without warning us of the change and leaving the price unchanged. We noticed it afterwards and, despite having pointed out the error, the price remained unchanged.

03/11/2025: We trusted Roberto with our wedding cake, and it couldn't have been any other way. Roberto is the best. His work is his passion, and you could tell right away from the first meeting. The cake was exquisite and beautiful; all our guests complimented it! Not to mention his kindness and helpfulness, as well as that of his entire staff. By choosing Pasticceria 900, I immediately knew we'd make a great impression. Thank you again for everything. <3

26/10/2025: An excellent pastry shop located on Castrocaro's main avenue, across from the entrance to the spa. The artisanal shop produces delicious brioches, pastries, cakes, ice cream cakes, cookies, and jellies. The desserts are all excellent quality and beautiful to look at. At this time of year, the jellies and cookies have autumn and Halloween-themed shapes. The interior is very pleasant, relaxing, and well-maintained. There's also a large outdoor area where you can enjoy your meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On Sunday mornings, it's very popular with locals and passers-by. A very pleasant break.

05/09/2025: We received a very friendly welcome at the Lindenwirt. The owner and his team had a large number of guests, yet the service was impeccable. We had salami pizza, vegetable pizza, and four-cheese pizza, each of which was delicious and visually appealing. Simply the best pizza in town!! Highly recommended.

This small restaurant and pub has an authentic soul, capable of captivating anyone who loves good beer and a convivial atmosphere. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel welcomed, like you're at a friend's house, and you immediately sense the passion of the people who run the place. The selection of craft beers is truly extensive: not the usual foreign labels you find everywhere, but a selection that showcases the best of Italy. Each glass is a journey through aromas, flavors, and scents that speak of the region and creativity. Each one better than the last, so much so that we left feeling tipsy and happy, with that feeling of lightness and joy that only a great experience can provide. What's most striking is their skill in combining flavors and aromas: it's not just about drinking, but about perceiving with your nose and palate all the richness that Italian craft beer can offer. All this, framed by the magic of Spello, an Umbrian village seemingly straight out of a painting, makes for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity, flavor, and conviviality.

03/11/2025: Beware. Only the ice creams hidden on the left are vegan. Since the outside says "vegan" on a bunch of flavors in green, and the inside also has the name in green, it was assumed that everything was vegan. However, if you want vegan ice cream, you have to ask for the ones hidden on the left, which are almost the same flavors. My partner was given cow's milk ice cream because they didn't know, even though the same flavor was vegan. Furthermore, the owner was quite rude when we asked about the vegan flavors.

06/07/2025: The place is full of people, I sat on the top floor which was empty and all the tables were full of dirt and leftover food and drinks from customers. The whole time I was sitting here, not a single employee came up. The price is cheaper than other places but I was disappointed with the pastries. If you walk a few meters down the street you will reach other places, maybe at a slightly higher price in euros, but definitely delicious. The jam-filled croissant is completely empty and only filled at one point in the middle. I have eaten better cannelloni and spoliatella just down the street. The orange juice is indeed freshly squeezed. Because of the rush, the staff is not warm but does everything quickly and impatiently and there were also many misunderstandings during the selection of the three pastries. Disappointing.
