17/04/2025: We had a late lunch here at Villa Amore and had a fantastic meal! The view from the restaurant is so picturesque where you can see the sea and Amalfi coast. We had vegetarian food and loved it. Both the eggplant Panini and the pomodoro pasta were amazing. They served us complimentary breadsticks for the appetizers, which were really nice and crispy. Definitely recommend this place :)

10/04/2025: Without a doubt, one of my favorite places. The food is wonderful and you can perceive the quality of every single ingredient: fresh, processed with care and with great competence. High-level products, carefully selected, without ever missing the opportunity to enhance local excellence. The place is small, welcoming, and the staff is extremely kind: attentive to every detail, from the mise en place to the customers' needs. In the end, it's the details that make the difference. You feel pampered and happy, from the starter to the bitters. Food is truly a 360° experience, and at Giocondo they know this well. Highly recommended!

08/04/2025: Typical place with delicious cuisine, from starters to desserts. The super friendly staff was able to guide us especially in choosing the wine (which was also very good). We came across this place a bit by chance, but we will definitely be back.

10/12/2024: This place is the best bubble tea shop I’ve ever been to, i go there at least once a week to study or just chill with my friends. The atmosphere is quiet, the tea is delicious and the cashiers are the nicest. It’s truly my favourite place for when I need to relax in Florence : )

Lately I have noticed more attention to "complicated" dishes than to care and respect for flavours, chef does not mean cook, but boss. And as with all jobs, you become a boss with years of work, not with three months of internship in a starred one

23/03/2025: Few vegetarian options but it is appreciable that there are some in a restaurant whose main dish starts with lard in the dough. To avoid lard you can choose the Andean dough upstream. Quality ingredients for an excellent taste of the final product. Adequate cover charge.

07/04/2025: Ottimo gelato sul lungo lago, cono con caffè, crema e ricotta, veramente gustoso vero artigianale, ci sono diverse alternative al gelato, un paio di panche esterne ma in pieno sole, personale gentilissimo, sveglio. La nota dolente, il prezzo, ma purtroppo il gelato è diventato un bene prezioso......

15/03/2025: Felt like a neighborhood spot for alpine cuisine. We are Americans from out of town but everyone else there was Italian. The Polenta was so great and the Gnocchi was some of the best I’ve had. Soft spoken man (maybe the owner?) was so kind and helped us navigate the menu. Will be back next time I’m in town

Edit: wish I could keep it 5 stars, but with the shop being closed two days in a row with nothing mentioned on the website, it seems like the owner doesn't care to let patrons not to waste their time visiting their establishment

The pistachio, seasonal Aranciarossa, and kiwi all melt in your mouth, allowing you to enjoy the authentic taste. This is a gelateria that you definitely want to stop by when you go to Milan.
