11/12/2024: Bad choice. They forced the cancellation of the reservation as they organized a corporate event. The booking was obviously for the winter period and finding accommodation became complicated and much more expensive

10/12/2024: My group of 11 people and I stayed in this magnificent property. It was super comfortable, great location. Everything perfect, wonderful room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. The Skyway is in front, extremely easy to get around. I can't wait to go back

25/08/2024: We had a very pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel midway through our TMB hike. The spacious, clean room featured a comfortable bed, and the plentiful breakfast was a great start to each day. The attentive, friendly staff made us feel welcomed. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the spa, taking advantage of the pool, sauna, and steam room. With mild weather during our stay, we managed fine without AC.

25/08/2024: We are currently enjoying our honeymoon here. It is an incredible place to stay, with very knowledgeable and kind staff. The hotel is beautiful, and the complimentary access to the spa was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Courmayeur.

29/07/2024: The overall experience at the so called 4 star hotel was subpar and disappointing despite of their beautiful hotel buildings and spa facilities. To summarize - pros: 1. beautiful architecture of the building and breath taking views surrounding 2. The staffs at the reception were very kind and accommodating 3. The pool and sauna are pretty well maintained with clean water and perfect temperature. Love their sauna with amazing view of mountain - cons: 1. Except the staffs at the reception, the rest of their employees seem somewhat miserable with their job 2. No WiFi was available during our stay 3. No AC so if you have low threshold to hot weather, it will not be pleasant to be in the room. You could open the window but the hotel is located right next busy street and highway which is pretty noise with window open. If I have a chance of visiting Courmayeur again, we most likely won’t come back to this hotel because we rather stay at the place we feel welcomed and comfortable.

29/07/2024: 10-day stay with half board: a cold reception in particular due to the lack of explanations on the organization of the hotel and the attractions of the place. It is very important to explicitly request a room with a non-tilting window and not on the top floor when booking, to avoid a suffocating heat, and not on the street side, as it is quite noisy... Nice furnishings, large bathroom but without a window with a practically non-existent fan! Cleanliness was good, but something was always missing every day. The catering was excellent. The beautiful garden with swimming pool and wellness center in which the manager and technical sports director Daniele Pellerino stood out for his skill and professionalism, who very kindly helps customers to regain psycho-physical well-being.

20/08/2024: STOP HERE AND EAT EVERYTHING. We got a fried semolina and apple cake and they were absolutely heavenly. So sad we were so full from lunch and just passing through. I could have eaten my weight here if we stayed in Courmeyeur. Complimenti!

18/08/2024: In the price delirium of Courmayeur, a place with honest prices and excellent food. If you don't feel like cooking you can still take away two or three things for ten euros and that's it. Atomic apple cakes

06/08/2024: A fake Aosta Valley, with poor quality ham and not fontina but thin slices, a miserable fondue at a very high price with tasteless ratatouille, I add that I was served excellent fontina in another place in the area and the difference, despite the restaurateur's response, was visible and felt. . I notice other comments on the same line as me now. Too bad I didn't read them sooner. It takes a little while paying a lot to satisfy the customer.

30/07/2024: Comfortable and welcoming structure, quiet location ideal for relaxing. Spacious room with stunning views of Mont Blanc. Rich and extremely varied breakfast. The strong point of this hotel is undoubtedly the cuisine: explosion of flavours, excellent quality and excellent presentation. Recommended for lovers of good food. Maitre d' and dining room staff are friendly, helpful and attentive to every need. Elda and Ernesto

27/07/2024: Pleasant hotel in an excellent location. 4 stars without air condotioned, even at 1200m altitude there is no need in summer. Furthermore, with the windows open, many insects arrive. No mosquitoes...with a surprise difference of 15% between booking (cheaper) and hotel price. Unusual

15/09/2024: The restaurant is not visible from the road, but by climbing a short hill, which can be traveled on foot or by car, it is possible to reach it. The lady serving the tables was extremely friendly and helpful, taking care of our every need despite the place being without great pretensions. We ate outside and the view was spectacular, made even more beautiful by the excellent polenta we ate.

26/08/2024: Pessima esperienza. Poi chi leggerà saprà giudicare. Piattino di affettati misti (4 prodotti dosi scarsissime..) 15 Euro; piattino di formaggi misti 20 euro; un bricco di quelli per macchiare il caffè con poca polenta 6 euro; 1 polenta normale (non Valdostana) con un dose di funghi in umido da tre cucchiai 17 euro; 1 polenta normale con dose di peperoni uguale a quella di funghi 17 euro; una persona ha ordinato solamente un piattino di funghi 19 euro; 1 polenta valdostana con 3 pezzettini (direi 70-80 grammi con salsa di pomodoro 17 euro; coperto per 4: 8 euro; acqua gasata 4 euro; 3 birre Blanc: 12 euro; 4 dessert 1 crostata di mirtilli , 2 frutti di bosco (9 mirtilli e 9 lamponi) uno con limone e uno con 3 cucchiaini di panna e infine 1 pesca tagliata a pezzi con limone: 39 euro; 1 caffè: 2 euro. Totale 159 euro per un pranzo povero sia di quantità che di qualità. Abbiamo capito troppo tardi il motivo per il quale gli altri locali della zona risultavano affollati e questo no! Noi non torneremo certamente, gli altri che leggeranno, sono liberi di fare una prova, ma sconsiglio vivamente.

20/08/2024: Excellent base for those who go to Val Veny and especially for those who go to see the Miage with its beautiful lakes for those who love the mountains. The menu is good with Aosta Valley food and sandwiches. Nice view. Recommended for those arriving and/or leaving between lunch and intending to refresh themselves/eat. Check and book upon arrival. The prices are not exaggerated, they are acceptable given the place. Happy mountain.

20/08/2024: We returned from a tour of a refuge, and stopped for a snack. Very nice environment, mountain view around. Almost empty place, we waited and a young and friendly waiter arrived, we ordered 2 slices of cake and two cans of Sprite. 22 euros..... The cake was good 🤤 maybe a little expensive.... Considering that the refuge is not lost in the middle of the mountains but reached by public transport or if you prefer on foot. Owner, perhaps tired, a little sulky.

07/02/2024: Semplicemente eccezionale!! Locale meraviglioso, arredato con estrema cura fin nei più piccoli oggetti. La proprietaria gentilissima e competente suggerisce e spiega i piatti tipici che si rivelano assolutamente perfetti. Porzioni generose ed indubbia qualità dei cibi. Complimenti allo Chef! Ristorante da 10e lode che sicuramente torneremo a visitare. Consigliatissimo

23/01/2024: Locale piccolo curato e senza troppe pretese… Menu ricco di proposte con interessanti fuori menu’… Materie prime di alto livello con lavorazioni elaborate ma nn pretenziose… melissa i yacopo due ottimi padroncini di casa… ambiente curato

18/09/2024: Racist, we arrive to eat and he tells us that everything is booked, it was only one occupied table, we return after an hour and a half after having eaten in another place and there was no one there. It seemed seedy as a place anyway

05/09/2024: Super large pizza, very tasty and light. Despite its ginormous size I was able to finish it all including the crust (this is not normally a victory that I can achieve with most pizzas). Add very friendly service and decent pricing for such a touristy place and that’s all you need to know.
