14/07/2025: I went to this restaurant for a car rally. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. The service may not have been the fastest or most accurate, but it was nothing you'll forget once you start eating. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in the winter when certain dishes are even more appreciated.

19/01/2026: Wonderful experience. Everything was perfect, from the rooms to the service, everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and the staff was always available for any need. I recommend Le Massif for a unique experience, and I'll be back soon!

28/02/2026: Unacceptable experience. Yesterday, three families with six children were left without lunch due to the owner's mistake regarding the time of their reservation. Despite this, instead of taking responsibility, we were treated with arrogance and complete disrespect. This isn't the first time this has happened. I've given this restaurant many chances, but the problem is always the same: the owner is consistently rude, irritable, and always ready to find excuses not to give us a table when it's not convenient for him. When it's convenient for him, the table is found; when it's not, the reservation is "not valid." Unprofessional and unreliable behavior. You can't trust a reservation here. After yet another instance of disrespect, we'll never return.

17/08/2025: The bar is located on the Val Veny road, next to the picnic area on the Dora stream. The cold dishes, such as salads and platters, are simple but made with good-quality ingredients. The service is courteous and prompt. The location is beautiful, and the building is simple, like a mountain hut, but certainly very clean and welcoming. It gets very busy on weekends.

05/09/2025: A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds. A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.

23/08/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the flambéed beef cubes for their quality and originality, as well as the desserts. Highly recommended.

07/09/2025: I'm really amused by the reviews about the hotel, which say it's outdated 🤣 You can see how it looks in the photos. It's not a soulless modern place, but a house with soul. It's an OLD house, not a modern Hilton. I loved everything about it: the room on the third floor, the sloping ceilings, the view from the wooden window, the nooks and crannies, the reception. Please don't change a thing!!! And the owner typing, a beautiful thing 🫶

21/08/2025: I stayed at the Hotel del Viale from August 18th to 24th. The location is excellent, at the end of Viale Monte Bianco. The shuttle stop is nearby, and the center is about 700 meters away on level ground. The rooms facing the entrance are quiet and peaceful, less so those at the back, which are very close to the road to Val Veny and Ferret and can smell the cooking smells. The owners are very attentive to their guests' needs, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and features fresh produce, and the dinners are decent and well-prepared. Furthermore, after a few days, we asked for a room change, and they accommodated us. The downsides: carpeting almost everywhere, and the bathrooms, which have not been renovated, have no shower. However, it is a highly recommended hotel for the free parking (which is difficult in Courmayeur), and for the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness. We will be back!

24/02/2026: I had two meals at La Clochette on my recent trip to Courmayeur: lunch with a small group and dinner with a large group. Both were fantastic! Great service and delicious food / wine / beer.

01/01/2026: The restaurant has been completely renovated while maintaining its decades-long history. The food is top-notch and the service has been further improved. Excellent!

30/12/2025: I went for dinner with my family on the evening of December 27th. Parking was difficult, the place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly, each with their own tasks (some taking orders for food, some for water, some for bread). The local food was excellent, served promptly, and the price was fair. I was satisfied and will return to try other local dishes and specialties (raclette, bourguignonne, and desserts). B.

16/03/2025: We come across here a few times, sometimes for a casual drink, other times to watch sport. One night we had burgers which we were underwhelmed with given they were 14euro each. Needing the burger to taste fresher and for that price add fries or other. But drinks/service and complimentary small finger food negated the food.

23/02/2026: Food is good but it’s the worst service I had in a while - owner didn’t hide his disgust we don’t speak italian (even though we suggested English/spanish/french instead), didn’t cut the pizza (while cut it for others) and wasn’t very pleasant in his gestures in general. This place is 40 min from another country, I expected more indulgence towards language.

24/02/2026: I have been to Pastificio Gabriella on several visits to Courmayeur. This is the #1 spot for desserts to accompany meals at home. Guests always ask me where I got the delicious cakes, custards and donuts. The staff package purchases with pride.

17/02/2026: The Berry Tart!!! Delicious 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 I bought it for a family dinner and it was amazing, everyone wanted more.
