18/09/2025: I'm writing this review a few weeks late. We go to Courma once in the summer and once in the winter, and every time we return, it's a pleasure. The pool and spa area are a treat for our two-year-old daughter; the water is heated, so you can swim year-round. Daniele Pellerino was able to soothe my herniated cervical spine with professional massages that few physiotherapists here in Florence can match. I'd return just to get myself back in shape more often. Unfortunately, the gym is tiny; it could use some weights, benches, and a pull-up bar. There's plenty of treadmills and exercise bikes, though. At breakfast, the restaurant staff welcome you with a smile. My daughter had become everyone's Princess Giulia, and even a month later, she still asks me about them every now and then. The reception staff are nice; they immediately assigned us a room when my Giulia refused to leave. Her battery was flat; it was lovely, with a sauna. At the bar, the gentleman—forgive me, I don't remember his name—is always ready with a cocktail, a smile, and remembers the guests' names and what they're drinking. He introduced me to the Ebo Lebo bitters, which I later purchased in town. I can't wait to return; the brasserie is also worth it. The location is superfluous to mention, five or ten minutes from the center. The shuttle is always available during the day; perhaps they should also provide it at night in the summer. But those are details. Ample parking. What else? For a family with a small daughter, one of the best places in the city of my heart. Greetings from Francesco, Simona, and Giulia

19/07/2025: Excellent location, about 10 minutes from the center of Courmayeur. Very cozy wooden rooms. The indoor pool with a walkway to the outdoor area is very beautiful. Welcoming and helpful staff.

17/08/2025: The bar is located on the Val Veny road, next to the picnic area on the Dora stream. The cold dishes, such as salads and platters, are simple but made with good-quality ingredients. The service is courteous and prompt. The location is beautiful, and the building is simple, like a mountain hut, but certainly very clean and welcoming. It gets very busy on weekends.

14/07/2025: I went to this restaurant for a car rally. The food was truly excellent and plentiful. The service may not have been the fastest or most accurate, but it was nothing you'll forget once you start eating. I'll definitely be back, perhaps in the winter when certain dishes are even more appreciated.

31/08/2025: Apparently, when you're Muslim, they're watching you, afraid you won't pay or whatever. Well, it doesn't matter, when it's against Islam, everyone has the right to do what they want, but in another community, it would be different. Avoid it.

26/08/2025: I bought two packs of pasta and two sauces for a cool €36. Oh well... I'm ready for tourists to be ripped off. But when I have to give them away and you put them in a recycled bag with umbrellas ⛱️ and the Ligurian coast, then I'm not going to take it anymore. It's fine to rip off everything, but a little dignity...

23/08/2025: Amazing apple pie/cake - I've never had anything like it. Not too sweet, loaded with apple. I would proudly serve it at any gathering. Polite service and beautiful shop too.

06/07/2025: My “place” when I go to Courmayeur… Managed by Ermes and his friend the chef and by other people in rotation, all happy and content to be there… therefore, when you are there with them, you can only share the state of grace…

15/10/2025: Embarrassing, I have no other words for the experience. As the owner says, I've actually never been there, because they canceled my reservation (made and paid for 10 days in advance) 2 days before my stay, causing me a lot of problems.

06/10/2025: Ideal for reconnecting with yourself and the majesty of the mountains, the real thing. Smiles are a must.

01/06/2025: Ristorante con piatti tipici valdostani. Non abbiamo prenotato, ma ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo adeguato al numero di persone e non striminziti come può capitare da altre parti senza la prenotazione. Da migliorare un po' l'arredo, ma si può provare e riandare.
