21/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant almost by chance and was truly thrilled. The cuisine perfectly reflects the Aosta Valley tradition, with carefully prepared dishes and authentic ingredients. The Aosta Valley polenta was creamy and rich in flavor, the goulash tender and flavorful. The gnocchi with Bleu d'Aoste cheese were also truly surprising, delicate yet full of character—a dish worth the visit in itself. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making you feel immediately at ease. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, typical of a mountain restaurant where authenticity and passion reign supreme. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Aosta Valley cuisine in a family-friendly setting with a breathtaking view.

28/08/2025: The best lodge in the valley. Everything is special, from the view to the food (especially). We returned several times on the same vacation. In our opinion, the best dishes are gnocchi with Aosta blue cheese, goulash with polenta, and the Valdostana escalope. The icing on the cake is their homemade gelato. Congratulations to Seba and his wife. See you soon!

04/10/2025: Pizzeria La Remisa currently offers only pizzas, but they're of excellent quality: light dough, fresh ingredients, and tasty combinations. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. The atmosphere is a bit dated and could benefit from a makeover, but the quality of the pizzas makes up for it. Recommended for a simple, tasty evening!

09/09/2025: A wonderful discovery. A creative place, both in terms of ambiance and cuisine. A few carefully selected and refined dishes. Small place, few people. LITTLE, but GOOD.

01/09/2025: My favorite restaurant in the entire Valdigne. The cuisine is creative yet solid, with Japanese influences (the chef is Japanese), and truly exceptional. From appetizers to dessert, the menu is short, but every dish is a treat. Even though I don't drink alcohol, I still come here: it's truly exceptional. My only complaint is that the portions are a bit small. According to my fellow diners, the wine list is superb. The atmosphere is refined yet relaxed, truly pleasant. Prices are reasonable for the quality; it's easy to spend over €50, but it's worth every penny. Plus, they're open outside of high season, which is rare in the area.

20/09/2025: Tourist trap. Avoid this place. Food is average at best with low quality ingredients. Service is lacking in care and attention. Staff uninterested and dismissive. We were given chipped plates. So many better places In Courmayeur. Nothing Walser about this place.

19/09/2025: No one cleans a blue trout like this! For the cleanest trout in Courmayeur, come to Walser. They're also very friendly!

09/10/2025: Excellent burgers,wagyu and caprine cheese/bacon were phenomenal,also the local beer was refreshing and very light,so it doesn't ruins the storm of taste of the food. 10 out 11🍻

14/09/2025: Excellent appetizer The venison steak with blueberry sauce deserves a review (the steak was already soaked in its own cooking sauce, which masked the flavor of the meat). Medium-high prices Good, courteous, and fast service.

05/10/2025: The Quattro Formaggi pizza I had is really nice, and the Lamb Ribs are wonderful, and green salad performs regularly. The regular size pizza is already large which is around 10 inch. I ordered too much, and I took the tiramisu back to my hotel. Really recommend!

03/10/2025: The portions are generous, but the overall experience was disappointing. The place is dated and in need of renovation. We waited over an hour for our food after ordering, a sign of poor organization. The staff seemed understaffed and poorly coordinated, resulting in long waits and little customer service. Added to this, the prices were high for the quality offered. A real shame, because the location is excellent and the place has potential.

12/10/2025: We stopped here as a couple by chance on our way home after a walk to Lake Miage. It's a beautiful place with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is excellent, delicate but tasty. For the prices, they're probably the best I've seen in the area. They're very good.

01/10/2025: The restaurant is busy, as there are many tourists in town, so the prices are a bit more expensive than in other towns in Aosta. The pizzas taste good and are really large. Unfortunately, one of our dishes was forgotten and arrived 10 minutes later than everyone else was almost finished.

29/09/2025: A woman with black hair suddenly emerged from my blind spot and reached for the spray bottle and cloth above my head, bringing them down onto my head. She offered no apology and repeated the action a second time. Unpleasant service. This is the first time I've had such an awkward Italian meal.

05/09/2025: A very welcoming and unique restaurant. The French-speaking staff gave us excellent advice on our choice of dishes. The accompaniments to my dish (peppers and potatoes) could be improved. The peppers were inedible and full of seeds. A foreign object made its way into one of our desserts, but there was no problem, and the staff was understanding of the situation. We thank you for that.

23/08/2025: A welcoming and quaint place. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the flambéed beef cubes for their quality and originality, as well as the desserts. Highly recommended.

24/08/2025: This restaurant is one of my all-time favorites. Every time I go, I feel at home. The food is truly delicious, and Cristina and her entire staff are one of a kind, always smiling! It's one of those places where you know you'll never be disappointed; in fact, every time you leave, you want to return soon.
